    Whether your young, middle of the road, or elder, there generally comes a time, especially with the latter, you have to get some sort of medical needs. Recently it was determined I may need some vascular surgery on of my legs.It'll probably be this fall. During the interim the Doctor told me to get compression socks. At the conclusion of my exam he gave me my paperwork and a list of medical supply stores. At the top of the list was Fonte's. I live 10 minutes from their store. I went there Friday and spoke with Tom, the vice president of the company. He looked at my papers and knew right away what I needed, and they were in stock. After my purchase, he suggested that he show me how to put them on, the first few times are not easy to learn. So he helped me with them. And I may add over the weekend I had some difficulty so I returned this morning, and one of his staff re-trained me so to speak. Compression socks can be a bummer, a bit difficult putting on in the beginning. I think I got it down down now. LOL Tom, and the entire staff are very courteous and professional. They know their business well. They have a wide supply of medical needs. They get a 5 star from me.

    I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this company. We've been having problems with my mother bed since May. It's practically August and we still haven't gotten it fixed. Supposedly they are waiting on parts, but we haven't heard anything from Fonte in over a month. Today the WHEEL of my mother bed finally just BROKE! I called as soon as they opened, the service manager didn't have any clue about the previous issues/order with the bed, and said nobody could come until Monday. It's Friday, my mother is bed bound, so.. thanks for nothing!

    Fontes chose this amazing wheelchair for my mom.  She could not be more comfortable.

I finally told them to take the headboard off, which they did but not before doing the damage to my house. They also damages the headboard and footboard of the bed but I was told not to worry as they had plenty of headboards and footboards to replace the damaged ones. So I waited for someone to call me back. They never did. Finally I called Samantha who sold the bed to me and she didn't know anything about the damages. She said to send her pictures of the damage, which I did. She never got back with me but must have told the warehouse manager Ryan because he called. Ryan asked if he could come take a look at the walls, door and of course the bed. I agreed for him to come to my home on a Thursday evening. He never showed up no call, nothing just didn't bother. Go elsewhere for all your medical supply needs. They'll sell you everything but not stand by anything!! Terrible after the sale they don't care, they have your money. I put the purchase on a care credit card so I feel I have no recourse. They have my money and I have a damaged wall, door and bed.

The last one that I bought Kelly didn't seem to know a lot about it! while she is show me how to use it she was having a hard time raising & lowering the tiller. She said because it is new it will b easier over time to operate using the tiller. Then I told her it should come with a bottle holder. Kelly said that it doesn't come with one. I even showed her the 2 screws that were sticking out of the tiller were the bottle holder would go. I also asked her about ordering a basket 4 the front. She said there is no baskets 4 this scooter. #one I finally after calling the manufacturer convinced her that it was supposed to come with the holder. I had called Kelly serval times to find out why it was taking so long to get. She told me don't tell her how to do her job. Finally her sales rep Dave Morrell called me & said which I had told Kelly that some how my order got canceled & he would reorder it. #2 I wanted someone to come out & fix the tiller because after 3 weeks of using it it was still very hard to raise & lower it. Kelly said that she would have to charge me $226 to have someone come out. I fixed it myself & it is now very easy to rise & lower the tiller. #3 I ordered a basket from Senior.com that has the manufacture logo on it & I had no problem getting it. I'm very disappointed that Kelly never called me back to omit that I was right & she was wrong on thes 3 things!!

I am still amazed that I got a 2007 Honda Odyssey VMI adapted van, with only 16,000 miles on it, purchased, added remote start and trucked to Texas all for under under $30,000. I am certain that virtually every other dealership would've been asking at least $32,000. just for the van. I was fortunate enough to have somebody local available to inspect it, and salesman Don Dohse even put it up on the lift so he could check the underside, I made my purchase with no qualms. While the price is great, getting such superb customer service, from deposit, through paperwork to getting it transported, really made the entire experience wonderful and stress-free!

United came in and fixed the problem by replacing the improperly installed control, that was done by Westside, for around $170! Half the price with the part!! When I walked her step by step thru the website to the chair they suddenly did sell it. Attempted to get the price from the employee which I got $1250 but when asked about how much would be covered if I got a prescription and was told $250 So I stayed then I would pay $1000. I was told no I would have to pay $1250.this went on several minutes so I gave up. I asked for a manager to call me. It took 2 days. Had lots of excises about missed emails. Then told me they record all calls and she listened to it. Hello I was never told I was being recorded. I said good then you know that your employee didn't even know you sold the item. That's when the manager told me the employee that I was talking to was the employee who places the orders. WOW! Ok said she was clueless on the pricing. The manager said yes but that's the he fault of the end user. WHAT? I'm the end user I just explained the pricing to you you said I was right but now you blame me?? How about retraining your employee!! So to top it off I bought a $3 pair of socks on Dec 6 they were not what my mom wanted. Tried to return them today 12/21 still in original sealed package no ever opened. Was told no returns due to covid and no returns after 10 days. No where is the is posted no where is it stated on my receipt. Guess they treat there customers so bad they need ever penny. Hope they choke on the $3.00!!!
