The place has it posted that they close at 12, so we anticipated having some time to sit there. However, around 11:15 the bouncer came around and told us we had to get out. I wasn't even done with my drink yet, so I finished it quickly and we left. Our tour guide/docent, Courtney was very good, her knowledge of Wilmington is immediately apparent and based on many years of working and living in the area. My colleagues and I learned a great deal about Wilmington and its food scene, which apparently is very diverse and plentiful for any card carrying foodie! The only thing I regret is that my colleagues and I didn't do this sooner during our visit to Wilmington. I'd recommend this tour for anyone (history buffs to foodies or those who want a fun activity in Wilmington ) and to take tour this upon arrival to set up your meals for the days to come; there are lots of good restaurants in Wilmington that deserve business!

Located in a historic building, the exposed brick and open feel are perfect for a wedding and or reception. The staff was on top of their game, looked after all the guests, and could not have been more accommodating. As you would hope/expect, the space was impeccably clean. the caterers used, which were associated with the venue in someway, served some of the best wedding food I've ever had. Although there was a bit of a wait, the staff turned the venue very quickly from the wedding set up, to the reception set up. A first class operation that I would recommend to anyone.

We came here to enjoy a retirement party. Danielle was the organizer of the event. Danielle and the staff at the event professionally & efficiently managed all the behind scenes of the party and served all the guests there. There was a lot of paid parking nearby the cobblestone road leading to the Warehouse on the Water. The entrance area was a steep and broad stair way to the entrance porch area of the venue. The entrance opened up to two large clean spacious high ceiling areas to sit comfortably on couches or tables & chairs. The area was excellent for enjoying conversations & food. The bathrooms were clean & fancy. Overall, our time was pleasant. It was the first encounter I ever had at a retirement party and one of the most upscale parties I ever attended. Wonderful time at this venue.
