We are beyond happy with our place, any repairs are an email away and always done very quickly. And annual inspections are easy. We have been here 2 years, plan on staying a few more, if we were to move we would move within network of the barrett group as they make things easy. Absolutely reccomend.

She never offered even a meager refund on our $1000/nt stay. Her poor customer attitude and lack of ability to use modern technology to correspond quickly with guests was a true disappointment. I will actively avoid any property managed by her and will do my best to see her unlisted from Airbnb. Given the already low reviews, hopefully you can tell that she's not very good at her job.

My experience with him has been like night and day as compared to my experience with the other related companies this is especially impressive given that my rental was at the high end of the market at a time when the Market is overfilled with rentals in my range, and during a period in which it was taking much longer to get vacanc is filled. Even though Veilkko Provided this service on a fixed rate basis, they continued to provide the same high level of service even though it took much longer to fill the apartment than we had anticipated. Their prices were lower than their competition, Not only for the basic services but also for the photography package.  This company, Veikko,  is smaller than the competition, But this is an advantage because you get personalized service and a much quicker response.
