I also like the teachers and like how the program is for the kids. What I do not like is the administration. Maybe when you pay more at other places it is for better administration as well. This place is not organized at all. When signing up, I had signed up both my sons in the summer and was told I would receive a week free for both. So when I put in my deposit I did not pay the second payment because it should have been covered by the "free week". I get a call saying you have to pay and when I asked about my free week they said that is for after they have been there for 3 months. Ok well then why didn't anyone tell me that?! Fine, so over 3 months go by and I was the one that had to remind them of it and at this time summer was over so one of my kids went back to his the elementary school and never go his free week. After a month or so I find out they have an app that I can use that a teacher told me about not the admin staff. Then they never told me about online payment either, I am the one that asked if they had one. Their online system sucks as well, it does not show how much needs to be paid or any balance information. I was told to pay a certain amount last October on the online system and have been since then. And now I was told that I have an overdue balance. How does that make sense and where is this overdue balance coming from? I decided to finally pull my son out and did not want to deal with them. So, I paid whatever they wanted me to and just left. I had many other issues with the admin staff on money and etc and I just got tired of it. I love the teachers there and the program especially since my son loved it too. But enough was enough, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

While to school is a bit larger today then it was in the 90s, the core values and overall feeling is still the same. Ms. Christine has been wonderful for our son and helped him grow both academically and socially while still allowing him to be his true self. We feel he is ready for elementary school and that is a true testament to AMH level of education.

However, the management staff and financial staff has been the opposite. Time and time again, they have erroneously over charged us, and when we point it out to them, it seems like they ignore us and don't care to reimburse our over charges. Even after over a year of pointing out overcharges, they continue to assure us it will get done, but they still have not paid. All I can say is, just be aware of financial mismanagement that can happen. I hope it's not the experience for everyone else.

We came from another center where there was a lot of teacher turnover, but we have yet to experience that at Franklin Farm KinderCare. The primary teachers for my daughter have been with KinderCare for 10+ years each. Most importantly, my daughter is thriving! She is constantly engaged, and no two days ever seem to be the same. I also love that the teachers and leadership team give frequent updates and send tons of pictures of my daughter throughout the day. We ended up leaving but the amount of tuition they charge (and it keeps increasing every few months) is crazy for what we're getting. pot holes in the parking lot go unfixed, their signage on the awning got taken down (both did) now its a blank space that looks like something should be there. The inside has not great lighting and wall colors, it looks kind of dim/depressing, instead of bright and clean. I don't know where all this tuition money is going. It could use a facelift and better playground. The school aged kids room has 2 men as the sole providers and I asked if there were ever female assistants or helpers in there and was pretty much told " i know there's a stigma against male daycare teachers." Ok?? sorry males are responsible for 75-90% of the crimes I'm worried about. And Males constitute the majority of "offending" child care providers/babysitters reported to the police (77%) So I don't think that was a ridiculous question or even something ridiculous to be concerned about. And her lack of concern towards MY concerns was unsettling. We also had multiple incidents with my preschooler, one she told me the teacher grabbed her face because she wouldn't wash her hands, and it hurt. They didn't really do anything about it except, apparently, ask the teacher if she did that and she said no. Ok....Why would a 3 year old make up something so random? The preschool teacher also had a loud bell she would ring to get the kids to pay attention which my 3 year old was scared of and she had sensory issues with loud sounds after that started happening, she would freak out at any loud sound and it didn't stop until after we pulled her out. Another incident in the preschool classroom was that they were trying to get all the kids to be quiet and so they told them that here's a monster out in the hallway of the school and if they don't be quiet the monster will come in. So naturally, my 3 year old told me about this, very scared, and was scared of monster in the school and at home, especially at bed time, for awhile. Again, told the front desk, I don't think anything was done about it. My 3 year old went here for a year. She cried almost every day at drop off. She hated going there. I thought it would ease up eventually but it never did. My school ager liked the kids but that was about it. One of the school aged teachers even apparently sat there and told the kids he doesn't like them and what he doesn't like about each one, and some kids cried. I'm just glad I'm out of this money suck. It is not up to the standards that the local competition has, and shouldn't be charging the same tuition as the local competition. I would not recommend this place.

My older son just finished his first year of preschool at Beginning Bridges, and I can only say it…read moreis an absolutely perfect amazing place, with teachers and an administrative staff that made me secure that my little son was being loved and nurtured in his first year of school. I'm actually getting little weepy writing this review. And he learned so much too, my baby would come home and say the most hilarious things, like explaining bird migration to me. And he is on track with all the things he needs to be learning, so he'll be ready for kindergarten in a year. Beginning Bridges gave my son the exact experience I had hoped for in his start into school. And his teachers Mrs Skopowski and Mrs Dolezal always kept me well informed of his progress, activities... They passed on techniques to me to help me continue what he's learning in school, at home, like how to help him listen and process whatever I'm asking him to do. They even made it special for my younger son, who didn't understand why he had to return home with boring mommy everyday. They created a sign in clothespin for my little one, so he could find his name every morning on his clothespin and check in just like the big kids. And Tricia, who manages the school couldn't have been sweeter or more understanding of whatever my shortcomings were as a frazzled parent. We're moving to a different community and I'm so sad my kids won't be able to come back. Their new school has some big shoes to fill!

My daughter who is currently in 5th grade went here as well and had a fantastic experience. All the teachers we've had have been so caring and fun for the kids. My daughter has fond memories and my son is having a great time as well. The front office is excellent as well! Would definitely recommend Beginning Bridges to friends and family!
