The staff here is so friendly and welcoming, they help to answer any question you may have! Love coming here each year.

Oh my goodness there are so many activities to enjoy, both for kids and adults. The place was so crowded on a Saturday afternoon, and you could tell everyone was having a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend heading out there! A few things to note: first, dogs are allowed! If you are like me and have a trained service animal, it can be a bit overwhelming (if you know, you know). They are not allowed in indoor spaces, only outside (SD's allowed everywhere). But many people had their pets and seemed to really be enjoying themselves! Second, food does not really meet dietary needs/restrictions. They have a lot of your basic "fair foods" or foods you'd find at a pumpkin patch - hot pretzels, burgers, hot dogs, apple cider donuts, etc. I am vegetarian and really struggled to find a true meal other than little snacky things scattered about. If you are planning to spend the day here (which you can EASILY do), plan ahead with food in your car! Third, on the plus side, everything was wheelchair accessible. Terrain may be harder to navigate with gravel and many hills going up & down (paths are dirt but well established), but all buildings have access. Other than this, it truly was a fun time!! Would visit again, and am planning on it!

They also answered several of our questions, which we greatly appreciated. They're busy in their greenhouses right now, so they have a number for you to call when you arrive so they can meet you in the store. But they do have three cats to keep you company while you're waiting! The gentleman does not wear a mask, which did make me uncomfortable. I would have liked for them to adhere to COVID precautions in order to keep their customers safe! That's the only reason for four stars, other than that I was happy with my visit.

My favorite is to mix their green tea and hibiscus tea to create a nice blend. During the winter months Progreens also has a nice alternative to a Christmas tree that is affordable. You can buy a three foot evergreen tree and plant the tree after the winter months instead of cutting down a tree. Being the person I am I hate the idea of cutting down a tree just for decor but the idea of planting a tree instead is such an awesome idea. As far as plants and gardening material there is a wide selection to choose from. They have also recently started to get a wide variety of GMO free plants. My family has purchased cherry trees, apple trees and other garden essentials from Progreen. I would highly recommend someone who is looking for local food or garden selection to take a look inside.

The highlight was the running train in the middle on top floor as you sit and sip on the hot cider while waiting for our reindeer tour at around noon. Luckily at the time we went we were the only once so we basically got a private tour. Who knew reindeers love graham crackers? It had snowed a couple days before so it was so special to see all the reindeer in the snow. The lovely gal answered a lot of our questions about the farm and the reindeer and my 4 yo daughter really loved feeding and patting the friendly and soft reindeers. It looked like they had a fun playground and an onsite cafe (it was closed) and some other amenities around but they were all covered in snow when we went. The only thing is it would have been nice if they plowed their parking lot after the snow for safety. This was in the same town we were visiting family so it was very close. I thought it was worth the price ($12) and I would recommend this for other families to come check out with their little ones and have a unique experience!

I wish they had some proper drinks like cider or something for the hot days but they just had this smashed pumpkin pie with icecream and a donut on top. It was delicious but a whole lot of sweet assortments I guess. Would love to return and do the maze in moonlight, if not for the horror movies I watched
