Sisters' headstone is missing, actually all the headstones in the area are missing. What is going on???
    Crystal S.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place should not exist. Don't bury your loved ones here. You will regret it. My sister was buried here in 1995. Just last week a family member went back to visit her gravesite and her headstone is gone! actually all the headstones are gone in the area we buried her in. This is horrible and disgusting. Where is my sisters headstone? Where is the body? Why didn't anyone notify us? I'm confused and sad.

Thanks so much to Susan who was soft and kind; as well as all the support personnel who helped to make our experience memorable.

We requested a cremation and viewing. He went above and beyond what was expected of him. He quoted us a fair price. I'm forever grateful for Mr. Mitchell and the entire staff of Todd Memorial. We didn't run into one rude or nasty person. You will not be disappointed at all choosing Todd Memorial.

Baldy and between the 10 and 210 freeways. The church is beautiful, the space and the lot is pristine and it's an intimate little chapel. When I received the info. for said memorial, the address given was for Todd Memorial in Pomona, 4 miles away off of Garey. When I arrived, I noticed there were a lot of people, but none of which I recognized. I walked in and saw the crowd of the deceased person and said, "I think I'm at the wrong memorial." I asked the receptionist and she said the memorial I'm looking for is at the Claremont location which is why I'm writing this review and started this Yelp business page, as I imagine this happens a lot. It reminded me of the church wedding scene from the film Wayne's World 2 (or The Graduate). Since I've visited both Todd Memorial Chapels, I can say the Claremont location is much more peaceful than the Pomona location and I'd definitely have my memorial here.

She kept them updated with every step and provided clear information on the entire process. Later that year my mom passed away and Olga assisted me and my family with ordering a casket and flowers for my mother. Olga again came through with providing plenty of options for flowers and caskets. She worked closely with the funeral home to make sure everything was delivered on time and to the correct location. I would highly recommend working with Olga her insights are extremely valuable and she is a pleasure to work with.

I immediately called Olga because I knew she could guide me through this most stressful and unfamiliar territory. Olga is very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. After I talked to her, my blood pressure went down and I felt at ease. Olga advised and made recommendations on the headstone and told me it would be a few months for producing the headstone, but as it turned out it only took a month and we were able to have the headstone in time for my brother's birthday celebration in October. Our family is very pleased with the service we received from Olga and the quality and the design of the headstone was perfect. I highly recommend this business to guide you for all your family needs.

Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. They were prepared when I came in to discuss the services my mother had pre-arranged 23 years ago. This did make it easier and I was impressed at how quickly they were able to produce a copy of her plan. There were many additional options I could have chosen but I never felt pressured to buy anything additional. There were some things I needed to pay for, but the cost was reasonable to me. The day of the service we were assigned two people to help facilitate. They were both professional and most importantly, helpful. The main chapel room was beautiful. My mother's casket was placed at the center and a tiered table was set up to the right for items we had brought to display. Three large screen TVs displayed the picture we used for her obituary. I was impressed with the whole set up particularly because it was not something I had even considered in my grief. Lastly, the assistance they provided in writing her obituary was such a relief. They took information I provided and sent me a well written draft. It needed very little editing and was quickly ready and posted to their website. My husband and I will be returning to make our own prearrangements within this next year. Thank you, Draper Mortuary, for making this difficult task a pleasant and swift experience.

I paid Norco Family Funeral Home to order 4 death certificates, expecting them ready by the funeral date. When I needed one sooner, I bought a copy directly from Riverside County for $26 and found errors on it, which made it unusable. I caught this before the funeral home placed their own order, which saved them $104 in re-order fees. I did their quality control for free, in the middle of planning my father's funeral. No apology or thanks from them, but whatever. I move on. The funeral came and went. No certificates. "Check back next week." When I called the following week, I was offered two options: drive back to pick the certificates up myself, or have them mailed with no guarantee -- they were "not responsible" if anything happened. I believe I was speaking with the owner, Jon, who repeated that phrase like a liability shield rather than an answer. I asked for certified mail since I couldn't make the drive again, and he quoted me another $50 for it. No apology. No offer to reimburse the $26 I'd spent on an unusable certificate. No acknowledgment that I'd saved his business over $100. Just "people make mistakes," and arguments every time I brought up those facts. The service itself went smoothly, which is the only reason this isn't one star (although they forgot to play the music I had sent). But Jon's attitude and refusal to right his wrong truly shocked me. Norco Family Funeral had every chance to make this right, and chose not to. That tells you everything you need to know.
