This location is situated off I 85 & other major routes- near the corner of Moreene & Erwin road a mile or so from the main Duke North Hospital Systems on Erwin Road & nearby Medicine Circle. It's now obscured from a lot of greenery and shrubbery but once you turn into the winding paved path way - the location is a beautifully crafted building remindful of the older Duke bricks and newer bricks building.Uniquely designed - there is a drop off entrance for accessibility with automatic door openers. The reception team members & Nurse equally friendly and knowledgeable. Nice comfortable seating available. In house lab. I shall look forward to utilizing more of these facilities in the near future

I never found anyone who met the standards of care that Dr. Nacouzi set. In 2012, I saw that Dr Nacouzi was working at Duke at Brier Creek. I was incredibly fortunate to secure a spot under her care. She has seen me through thick and thin. She always listens, problem solves, prevents illness and is available through Duke MyChart in 24hrs. It's odd to review a hospital but we've been here several times just this year. The first time was…read morefor outpatient surgery, and everything was efficient and professional. The second time was for a CT scan for my wife, and that was relatively quick, even though it was a very long distance from the front entrance. I guess there is a side entrance for outpatient services but nobody mentioned that to us. The third time was an ER visit for my wife. Upon checking in, they got her vitals but then it was several hours before we were called back. The PA who saw us was very professional, but it was odd to have so many different nurses and techs provide services from IV, to x-ray, to labs. They were professional, but again I'm not a fan of so much waiting around. Also, the treatment area was not private at all, basically hospital beds and chairs separated by curtains. We could hear the details of the patients all around us and I suppose they could hear us. More privacy would be appreciated.
