When we arrived in the morning, I was helping my partner hitch the trailer onto our truck, when a very loud man came out of the garage and started screaming directions over me. When we asked him to stop, he continued, and only shouted over me louder. He did, in fact, fail to line up the trailer properly with his direction. I have helped my partner back this truck onto this hitch over 100 times in the last year alone. We were entirely fine, but he insisted I was incapable. Pulled into Graham's (at lunch hour on Memorial Day weekend, no less) and this place got me right in. They fixed my leak (caused by a small nail) and i was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. All for $20 bucks!!! They also had a nice, clean establishment (including restrooms) and a waiting area stocked with beverages, snacks, coffee, etc.

They said to come on in whenever we could and they would get it done. We showed up about an hour later, walked in and they remembered our situation from the phone call. We pulled the trailer up and went inside to wait. The waiting room was nice, a table with chairs, covered in magazines and newspapers to read, free coffee and sodas, and a tv to watch. They got us in and out super quick, were very reasonably priced, and were friendly and polite. If in the area and you need tire work I'd recommend this place.

Took my 2013 Dodge ram 4X4 to the newly located GRAHAM TIRE on North Cliff Ave in Sioux Fall. I…read moreknew I needed brakes on the rear, but figured I'd probably need them on the front as well. The service manager gave me a call to let me know the diagnosis, and I did not need brakes on the front, rather I had two locked up calipers on the rear. Add to that I wanted them to rectify the E-brake cable which was hanging down and is a common issue on Dodge RAMS. Long story short, GRAHAM fully diagnosed the problems and then without any pressurized sales tactics, suggested I could do the E-brake repair or not. I elected not to do the E-brake repair because I do not use that very often if at all. Overall, let's put it this way - they treated me right, they did not repair anything or suggest something be repaired that did not need to be at the moment, and in the end price was fair and acceptable. Oh, and one last note: Despite the fact that it was evident I needed tires, they did not even try to upsell me on tires. Most shops would've attempted to pressure you into getting tires. Rest assured they will be on my list when it comes time to buy tires.
