In the area for a tournament...this was the only decent hotel option within a 45 minute radius. Way overpriced for the overall hotel condition, lack of amenities, and quality of food. No fridge or microwave in the room, dated carpeting and decor, and no toiletries other than bar soap were furnished in the room. The breakfast vouchers we received got us a free non-alcoholic drink (coffee was just okay), one biscuit with gravy, scrambled eggs from a powder mix, and three overcooked strips of bacon...all of which was lukewarm at best. For over $200 per night, highly disappointed. But, at least our room was clean and free of bedbugs. read more

This place was very disappointing! We stayed there on 08/05 & 06/2022. You were required to check in at the golf pro shop because the front desk isn't manned for some reason. The indoor pool & hot tub they advertised were both drained & covered up. The first floor was quite odoriferous from the musty smell, the cholorine and mold odors. The rooms did not have a microwave or refrigerator. Their were cobwebs between the drapes and the windows, the drywall was falling down around the doors and the electrical outlet near the bed was not working, which is important if you use a CPAP. Daily maid service WAS NOT provided. For $180.00 per night I expected a lot more than I received. read more

Spent a long weekend here and had an excellent time. The Golf Course is very nice and in good condition. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the Lakeview Spa is incredible. The food was very good. But, the best thing was the people. Friendly, helpful and kind. I will be back. read more

The motel section could really use an update. Cracked floor tiles in the bathroom, part of chrome in tub needs replaced. Worse of all, the "King/Queen" size bed was nothing more than a double and a twin connected together. Really, you charge enough to be able to afford real Queen or King beds. My second trip here with good friends for a guys golf weekend. Everyone else in the group has been here numerous times. The golf course is always in great shape. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly and very accommodating !! We always enjoy ourselves here and look forward to coming back !! We recently stayed here in one of the Studio Villas. It had a nice outdoor balcony that was screened in and had the ability to shut the windows. While the Balcony also had a Hot tub we didnt use it. The studio has a small fridge and a microwave. We stopped at Dollar General in the Town of Pana and grabbed a few bottles of water to toss in the fridge while we were there. They have a pool down the road you have access to but you have to get hte pool card from the front desk. They let you have it the duration of your trip and you just need to return it with the other keys to the room when you check out. Its quiet. If your looking for quiet its really a nice place. I saw you could rent full houses too however the Villa building suited our needs perfectly. They HAVE Wifi and Cable. Also All the HBO channels. read more

Came here on a Saturday night when the special is prime rib... Arrived at 7 PM and the waitress came out at 7:45 to tell us that they were out of prime rib... After a lot of consternation and a visit from the restaurant manager we put in another order for steak and shrimp....as of right now, 30 minutes later we still don't have our meals in front of us... There was a party of three. We were seated right away and our waitress was very prompt in taking our orders and serving our beverages. The help was very attentive to insure th as t all was well and to see if we needed anything. The salad bar was fresh and very tasty. Two of us ordered the 12 Oz pork chop, baked potato, vegetable and the salad bar, the other had the whitefish. The pork chop was tasty and seasoned just right. The baked potato was hot and good. Very decent place - clean rooms and courteous staff. Friends had their wedding reception there, so I got a room for two nights. Has a pool and full golf course. The restaurant is decent. I brought my wife and 3 other couples for a guys golf day and the girls spa day. We had a good day golfing, even though the weather wasn't the best, we still enjoyed it. The golf course was in good condition. I would love to come back and play it again when it is dry. When we all got done and met back up with the ladies they said they all loved the spa treatments they received also. Absolutely horrible customer service! They can not get in the same page with booking information and will bump parties! I was told by a MANAGER, basically tough luck and "we obviously can't make you happy!" All I wanted was a returned call and correct information. We I expressed my dissatisfaction, there was NO apology, in fact they placed the blame on myself and my party! How am I supposed to know their reservation procedures!?! Recently spent one night and played 2 rounds of golf with a group of 20. Accommodations were fine and the course was in great shape. However the service at Mulligans was terrible at best. It took 15 minutes to get a menu, another 15 to order and 30 more before I received my meal. My partner ordered the same thing and got his meal 20 minutes after I got mine. Not once did a waitress come by to check if everything was ok or if we needed anything. Finally, after waiting another hour I got my bill. There seemed to be enough people working but no one to manage them. Maybe they should have spent more time waiting on the dinner crown than waiting on the night glo golf players wanting alcohol or the private party outside. Dine somewhere else. read more

Came here for a girls golf weekend and fell in love with the place. We stayed one night at the inn, The rooms were pretty basic but very clean and comfortable. An Improvement I would suggest would be a mini fridge. We ate at their restaurant/bar mulligans, the staff was amazing the food was great and reasonably priced. The bartenders and wait staff went out of their way for us. The golf course was very pretty and in good shape. We found it challenging and fun. It was so nice to arrive, park and just walk to everything. My only regret is that we only stayed one night, next time I would stay longer so we could enjoy some pool/hot tub time or try the spa. read more
