I can not express in words how amazing the staff are. They are accommodating and professional. I called in w/ extreme tooth pain, they were short staffed that day and I was not a joy they were beyond understanding and sympathetic to my situation. I was diagnosed with extensive treatment that included wisdom teeth extraction, root canal, crown, etc. One of my friends in Sacramento recommended me Dr Gill. I spoke to Dr. Gill over the phone. After talking to him, I was convinced right away that he is the dentist whom I can trust. Mind you, I drove all the way from Thousand Oaks to Elk Grove to get my wisdom molars taken out (all four). And also got the root canal done that very same day. He gave me the appointment according to my time and schedule. Very flexible and this thing you could not find in LA. The clinic is very clean and atmosphere is very friendly. The whole treatment was not painful and my visit was very relaxing (watched 2 movies). The previous dentist I went to, didn't check all my teeth properly and missed to diagnose 4 big cavities. He wanted to sell me expensive cosmetic treatments which I wasn't interested in. I have always been one to avoid the dentist but I knew I needed to go, when I found Dr. Gill I thought "perfect he's very close to home". When I called his office for the first time to make an appointment I was very pleased that Michelle could get me in the very next day. At my first appt I had a cleaning done and a few fillings, I was very concerned that I would be in pain later that evening or the next day that simply was not the case! Dr. Gill is so gentle that I decided to have him pull my wisdom teeth (although I was nervous from hearing so many horror stories) I can not even express how amazing my experience getting my wisdom teeth out was!!! I called Oak Tree on Wednesday to get zoom whitening done and they were able to get me in by today, Friday. All the staff are very pleasant and Samantha at the front desk made me feel at home. Dawn did my zoom whitening and I did all 4 treatments at max capacity lol (now my teeth are killing me, but I can't stop looking in the mirror smiling lol). She was however very gentle and made me comfortable the whole time. Dr Gill did make some great recommendations for future work on my teeth and dawn was able to book me for an appointment ASAP as I am trying to get all this work done before I travel out of the country. The place is well kempt (even the restroom). They have coffee and water in the waiting area. Offer toothbrushes, floss and toothpaste and on your way out, don't forget to grab a chapstick (complimentary). All in all, I will be transferring all my future dental services to Oak Tree Dentristy.
