You already have an ATM down and now 2 employees not helping a customer and it's a Friday afternoon. After a few minutes, close to waiting 5min, I start walking out. It's not until then do one says "Sir, I can help you". I decided to leave told them how ridiculous it was inside with broken ATM on the outside. Had no problem paying a fee to get cash from another bank. That ATM worked so it tells me it's time to find a better bank. *2/14/26 ATM was working but you could not get cash.

Parking at this location can be tough because it is a busy shopping center, but it is much cleaner and way nicer than the other location in town. I walked in and sat down; I was then told that the ONLY person that knows how to do a wire transfer was busy and they sent me to another branch! Seriously! One person in the whole Bank knows how to do a transfer! I went to the other Tracy branch and service was worse. 3 stars only because I enjoy the apps, mobile and online banking. I will probably be switching over to Credit Union as they did a horrible job the few times I actually needed a branch.
