Got prices from a few businesses incl chains (at least one told me they couldn't get the windshield). Haas was close enough to the cheapest so I went with Haas, a small local business with a great reputation. They had been my first choice all along. Pat was extremely helpful, explaining everything. Waited to post this review to see how things went - no problems whatsoever after two years.

Thank you to Yelp for helping us find Haas Collision and Glass. Their website states "we are…read morecommitted to delivering customer service that is second to none." That is exactly the experience we received from Hass Collision and Glass. We unfortunately were the recipients of a distracted driver who rear ended us at a stoplight. No bodily injuries thankfully however the bumper on our car wasn't as fortunate. After some Yelpsearch, I was very impressed with the reviews from Haas Collision and Glass. I contacted them for an estimate and was asked to bring our vehicle by. This happened to be a cold winter day when we arrived. I believe it was Patrick came outside to greet us. Took pictures of the damage and a picture of our VIN number. We never had to get out into the cold. He told us he would send us an estimate in a few days. True to his word we received our estimate. Hass worked with the insurance company for the individual that hit us. We scheduled a time to drop off our vehicle. A few days later when we picked up our vehicle, I have to say it looked like a brand new vehicle. The bumper looked perfect. Overall a great experience that did deliver customer service that was second to none. If you are ever in the unfortunate situation of needed body, glass or repair work, Haas Collision and Glass is highly recommended!

Took my car there for repairs due to a rear bumper fender and when I went to pick up the car at the end of the day, saw that the repairs were poorly done. The left side of the bumper still had very bad orange peel and was held on by a zip tieand it was sticking out like crazy because the retainer was missing. I told Ashley about it and she says, "you dont have proof of the retainer so we wont fix it." Shocked, i said, "no, the car came in with the bumpers flushed, and the retainer is a hard part, how can it be missing?" She proceed to disagree and says they will rebuff the car but not replace the retainer. She goes inside then comes out minutes later and apologies and said picture did showed the retainer was there and to come back tomorrow so i said ok and asked her to send me copy of pictures and left since they were closing. Never recieves pictures and i go back next day, they took my car to rebuff then Ashley starts arguing again that she saw the wrong thing (it was the second portion retainer) and wont replace the 1st half of the retainer and so we looked at the pictures. She said they only worked on right side of car so they didnt take pictures of the left side (highly suspicious) and i said, "the bumper is one piece, how could you not take pictures of that side? How do i know if you didnt delete the pictures? Of the 2nd half of the retainer is there, how could the 1st half be missing?" ‍Then i said, the picture shows the bumper was very flushed when it came in, and the holes from my pictures for the retainer obviously shows that it was forced yanked out? she said again that i had no proof. I then demanded to speak to the manager and who comes over and instead of trying to ask how he can help me, he tries to argue with me, too! So i said, "This is how you guys complete cars? You give it to your customers with paint still orange peel, zip ties to bumpers and missng parts?" He looks at Ashley and asks what is orange peel and says zip ties are strong ‍ then he says the shop will get the retainer only because its cheap. I said, "no, youre replacing it because ya broke it. Just because my car is older doesn't mean i dont love it" Then i get my car back and the paint still looks horrible and now i had to send my car back again for the parts to be replaced. After replacing the retainer, its now flushed and the zip tie is gone, they were able to put a screw there. ‍‍‍‍‍ Please do not take your car to this lazy, unprofessional, and unskillful shop, especialy do not work with Ashley and the manager who doesnt know jack shit and always check their work before you leave. Word of advice to NSTP caliber, next time check your technicians shitty work before trying to argue with a customer. I will probably end up having the insurance have the car repaired at another shop. Worse experience ever.

His insurance gave…read moreme their Selected Businesses but my mom used Wayne-Val @ her work & highly recommended them. Plus I am always a supporter of local/small business. On my way home I noticed the time and thought I would pop in to ask for an estimate appointment. I entered the office to owner Joe & told him what I would be requesting. Joe kindly suggested we step outside and estimate the damage. I showed him the few small defects; he noted that the headlight placement had been damaged and that likely all repairs would be roughly $2100. I asked if they did loaner cars during the repair? They do not, but if it's the other persons insurance they should allow a rental car. I discussed the "Selected Service Shops" the insurance had suggested. He stated that those places are usually commission based and that Wayne-Val is just him, his wife & brother-in-law compared to larger shops that are 20+ associates. I feel confident in leaving my vehicle w Wayne-Val and will do another yelp/update this one once I have actually had my vehicle repaired. I appreciated that Joe quoted me a realistic 19 February as what I'd be looking at for a service date. I mostly appreciated that Joe told me some of the questions that the insurance may ask, such as: do I approve used parts? He said I don't have to say yes and he wouldn't recommend used parts and it could only save insurance a couple hundred dollars. Thanks Wayne-Val for a wonderful and knowledgeable customer service experience!
