At the bare minimum, this should have been done. It shows they take no pride in their work or final product, in my opinion. Which, when I addressed this with the shop manager he told me that it wasn't part of the accident because it came to the shop like that??? Ummmm, yep it did, it was in an accident! They didn't put all of the hardware back in the door upon installation. This is all just part of what brought me to my insurance company to fix this mess. It has been over a month now, and after being told I would hear back from the shop manager to set up a date to fix these issues, I have heard nothing! I have called twice, and he has been unavailable each time. At this point, my family can not trust them to fix this mess, if this was the product of them on a good day! They take pictures, they decide what damage is being fixed and what is considered accident, even after I showed them the entire accident area. This is a nightmare. Not recommended, I will never go here again. I just wanted my newer vehicle brought back to the condition before the accident. That's after all what my insurance is for. This isn't even 1 star work. It deserves not on ounce more of my time or my energy.

They replaced the pump and the reservoir and sent me on my way with the power steering still broken. I could not even pull into a parking space - I almost hit another car. The power steering when turning was still broken!!!! I called their store immediately and was told that - well, we told you there was still a bit of a glitch!! They then said it needed a steering gear and that would be another $1500.00. They charged me $2400.00 to replace the steeing pump. My daughter has been helping me get in touch with the owner. That was a week ago - she has tried calling back into the store and he is always "out":...but they said he is working on it. I diagnose your car and let you know how many things are wrong. They said I needed a new battery - my battery wasn't only 6 months old. They lie and take advantage of people and do not stand behind their work or the lack there of!! They have christian music playing in their shop. They are NOT christians.

My experience with Auto Trimmers to install paint protection film on my vehicle has not met my…read moresatisfaction as a customer. The cost to install the paint protection was over $3300 due to there was no existing template. I had it installed May 2024 and in July 2024 I noticed a hole in the protection film located on the top side of the hood close to the windshield. When I showed the sales employee, he blamed a rock damaging the protection film. The hole is quite large, and I would have noticed if a rock had hit my hood. During our conversation the sales employee offered no resolution to fixing the damage. I believe Auto Trimmers does not stand behind their workmanship and product used. If I have known the installation of a paint protection film would only last for 3 months I would not spent the money. If you choose to have a product like this installed, my recommendation is to find a place that will stand behind their service and product, which is not at Auto Trimmers.

I left with a estimate of repairs…read more Thirteen days later, when I didn't take it to them for repairs, they lowered the estimate by $1200 with NO explanation to me. They had my phone number. As a result State Farm lowered the claim amount by $1200. Either Collision Center is over charging State Farm, or they are penalizing me for not taking it to their shop. Now, even if I take it to another shop I'll be fighting State Farm for the $1200 from the original estimate. This might also be a good reason not to take your vehicle to a State Farm Approved Vendor.
