Without mentioning a word about it, he stayed late on a Friday night (past his shift) to complete the repair. What I feel I need to mention is how he handled the repair even though I gave incorrect information. I estimated the dent at one size and it was bigger than I had estimated. Since they joined the CARSTAR franchise they are dishonest and don't complete their work properly and in a timely manner. I will never go there again. My last experience was terrible. It took months to complete the work and they added new damage and problems to my car. I had two cars with hail damage at the same time. I took my other car to another local family owned shop and it was done perfectly in two days. I would avoid any franchised body shop. They just care about money and not the customer.

They are amazing professionals who know what they are doing. One of our repairs was to repair vandalism that resulted in damage to the front roof pillar. They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles. The result was like new, the workmanship was fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend Latuff Brothers for auto body repairs. While they are quite busy, I really appreciated their work ethic and their skills.

I left with a estimate of repairs…read more Thirteen days later, when I didn't take it to them for repairs, they lowered the estimate by $1200 with NO explanation to me. They had my phone number. As a result State Farm lowered the claim amount by $1200. Either Collision Center is over charging State Farm, or they are penalizing me for not taking it to their shop. Now, even if I take it to another shop I'll be fighting State Farm for the $1200 from the original estimate. This might also be a good reason not to take your vehicle to a State Farm Approved Vendor.

But, said Shayne, he could try to make the damage less noticeable buy removing a plastic shield and popping out the dent. It looks much better now and he even refused to allow me to pay him for his time. He said a review though would be appreciated. Honest and generous service at its best.
