They are amazing professionals who know what they are doing. One of our repairs was to repair vandalism that resulted in damage to the front roof pillar. They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles. The result was like new, the workmanship was fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend Latuff Brothers for auto body repairs. While they are quite busy, I really appreciated their work ethic and their skills.

But, back to the work that was done at the Maaco shop in Little Canada, Minnesota. My estimate that was done by Mary looked reasonable and fair. The timing also looked reasonable and fair. As with any estimate, they couldn't know for sure until they got the car in and took it apart. During the repair process there were two additional items that needed to be added. Mary made sure that I was called and informed and gave my acceptance. The communication was as anybody would want, excellent. All of the staff that I dealt with were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this shop for any auto body work.

Before I took the car, they sprayed it with soap and water, which is a tactic to hide any fish eye blemishes, drips, and over spray. The manager Nick Willkom says that he's the owner, he's not. The front plastic under guard was ripped while in their possession. Nick Willkom denies that it could've happened at the shop. It's always a waste of time to take any business to small claims court, as they never pay. So, Stay Away from Maaco in Little Canada, MN.
