I was charged incorrectly because same parts rep wrote the incorrect parts number on the bag. After doing a debit card... They refused to issue a cash refund and also stated it would take 3-5 days for my money to be returned. The manager had the worst ghetto attitude and the owner was a joke. After spending thousands of dollars over a twenty year span... I now understand why they can't keep good help! Worst place and I will order all my stuff online!

Watching them was neat, but a little disappointing. Most of them just picked up some glass, heated it, placed it in mold, then maybe fiddled with it by hand for another minute or two, and it was done. I guess I was expecting more artistry. And then to walk back into the store and see those same pieces that they made in 5 minutes selling for $85-$250! Wow. I would have loved to have bought a souvenir or gift for a friend, but apparently I'm not their target demographic. LOL
