I wish I would've read the reviews first! I was excited to see my hometown had an affordable…read moremassage place. I booked an appointment for today at 6pm. I showed up at 550. The receptionist said she was supposed to call me and push my appointment to 630pm. I waited the 30 minutes and came back. The same receptionist tried calling me and was about to leave to go pick up food for the employees. She had to lock the door because of privacy rights. She told my therapist that I am the client for around 630pm. I then sat in the car for 15 minutes. I left at 645 and called to explain why I was disappointed. The lady who answered the phone apologized...but didn't really seem to care. And from hearing how this place is ran down...bikini massages, 'special' massages advertised on hookup websites..... ew. This has nothing to do with Reiki..... Normal spas..if you are late for your appointment, the time is cut off of that customers time slot. You don't make a customer wait around for 45+ minutes twiddling their thumbs.

I was then rushed out, and had my salt room appointment canceled and refunded that was immediately after. Owner is rude, along with the staff. Owner constantly pays to have negative reviews removed on here and Google. The place is beautiful. The staff is rude and inexperienced. Owner has no business in the healing business. There's a constant influx of untrained, inexperienced or uninterested workers there. When the services aren't spectacular, the customer service should be. I was also mistreated by the owner. Avoid this place.
