My 89-yr-old mom enjoys getting manicures. Her nails have become too challenging for her to cut herself, and she really enjoys the hand massage that comes with manicures so it's a nice treat for her. I took her to Jasmine not knowing what to expect. She doesn't do nail polish or anything, just wants a massage and clip. I did mention that to the first person I spoke with. Anyway, I have zero experience with nail salons so this could be totally normal, but... the overpowering chemical smell in this place was horrid. I decided to wait outside. 15 minutes later they said she was about done, so I went back inside. On the drive home, she told me they were really nice and she had good conversation with her nail tech who'd been working there 3 years. However, she told me there was no hand massage. He did do a very nice job cleaning & cutting her nails. I just didn't realize a massage didn't come with the manicure, I thought that was standard. She said she only tipped the guy $2 for her $22 manicure because she didn't get a massage. I told her she should have talked to them about it. read more

This place is great. Everything is very neat and organized. They sterelize their instruments and open the package in front of you. My manicurist spent a lot of time cleaning up my cuticles. I enjoyed looking at all the different color options for gel and finally picked a fun new chrome color. They were pretty busy but squeezed me in without an appointment. The staff is very friendly and the lady at the front desk helps everyone out, it's a very efficient system. I even got a rose on the way out for Mothers day! Last visit we were offered wine while we lounged in their comfy pedicure massage chairs. It's small gestures like this that make this place more special than your typical nail salon. Prices are similar to other salons in the area. Next time I will try to make an appointment. read more

This salon has been awesome for me. After trying many different places I have found that my nails are done best here! I go to Crystal but I have also had designs done by Andy and manicures by Rhee and Cindy who do a very nice job. I even once came in when I chipped my dip by hitting my nail very hard and when no one else was available to fix it, the owner fixed it for me! That is a true sign of respect for your employees, costumers and each other. All of the people here are so kind, professional and do a great job. I get dip manicures and I am very particular about the thickness of it so it doesn't look bumpy. In my experience at this salon, Crystal (and other technicians) do the thinnest dip and respect the length I would like my nails every time I come in because it does vary for me. My nails are always even, beautiful done and last for 3-4 weeks. I drive past many salons on my way to this one and I recommend Jasmine to everyone I know! read more

I came to the salon for a mani/pedi on a Thursday evening and I am extremely disappointed at how the salon is being run. I don't know if the lack of staffing was due to COVID, but it truly ruined my experience. My mani/pedi was very rushed & my tech must have gotten up 5 times during my pedi to answer the phone. My nails are not well done and clean like they usually are from here and I likely won't be back. I also did not appreciate the employees of the salon arguing with each other and the manager bossing the techs around, it was super unprofessional. read more

This place was disgustingly unsanitary. I got a pedicure last week when all of the sudden I smelt something awful. Then I quickly looked over at the pedicure chair next to me and realized actual SEWAGE coming up from the drains. I asked the lady who was doing my pedicure what the smell was and of course she didn't understand me and just kept going along with her job. I was going to let this go and not post about it because I thought maybe it was a one time issue with the plumbing or something. However, about 3 days later I had horrible pains on both of my big toes that I never experienced before. It turns I had two in grown toenails and one of them just got infected. I assume this is because unsanitary tools. Please do not go here. This was the most horrible experience I ever had at a nail salon. read more

I love this nail salon. The atmosphere is great, friendly, clean and welcoming. I think I have been to all the technicians at this point. Of course I have my favorites but they all do great work and are all very friendly. With one exception, unfortunately, Trinh is not worth the price paid. She rushes so much that I leave with bloody cuticles and mistakes that are obvious. I just make sure to avoid her on the schedule and then all is good. I got dip done and it was absolutely AWFUL. bumpy and lumpy, my nails were filed all different shapes and lengths... it seemed that the girl who did it didn't really know how to do it. (I've gotten it done many, many times and never was it done the way this lady did it). I told her it was too thick and lumpy and she said there wasn't anymore she could do. She drilled and drilled my nails to no end. That is not even the worst part! Afterward I asked to speak to the manager or in this case the owner... I believe her name is Linda. I have NEVER received worse customer service from anyone ever!! I showed her what I was unhappy with. Instead of offering to not charge or have someone else fix it she says "well you're not leaving with your nails done, we will soak them off if you don't want to pay" mind you had been there for 1.5 hours already and my nails were already drilled to no end - so at that time I was not going to sit there any longer and get my dip drilled off and ruin my nails even more. I would NEVER try to get out of paying for anything. I have worked in customer service but I do not believe in paying for a $40 service that looks absolutely awful. I had to get a sitter for my son for this appointment and to be accused of trying to get out of paying is so insulting - but as you can see in the comment below that is how the owner speaks to customers. I did end up paying, even though she tries to make it seem like I didn't. Terrible, just terrible. I obviously will never go back and I suggest you do the same. I've been coming here for years and it's a very reliable place for a mani or pedi! I rarely get manis, so I more often get pedicures. Everyone here is generally pleasant (I don't know names). I always just walk in, but it sounds like they are preferring appointments so if you are in a time crunch be sure to call ahead. Good polish selection, updated interior, and staff is kind! I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail place to go. I chose Jasmine because unlike the other many nail salons in the area, Jasmine was the only one with pictures of HAPPY clients instead of the ones ranting and raving about their sucky manicure. I will say that I thought they did a great job. I had Nam (sp?) as my nail tech and he was really great. Very efficient and knew exactly what I wanted. I got acrylics ($30) and although I can't really compare to prior experiences because this was my first time getting them, I think they turned out really well. The facility was also very nice. Clean and very modern, not run-down or sketchy at all. While Nam wasn't very talkative (which may be just cuz I'm not a very talkative person either or because I'm a new client that he didn't know yet) several other techs were very chatty and personable. The only reason I'm giving a 4/5 stars is because I had made an appointment for 11 am (called in the day of mind you) and when I got in they were short staffed so I had to be pushed back to noon. I didn't mind though. I just went and grabbed some lunch at Jimmy Johns across the street lol. read more

I was really happy with my nails after I left they looked good and thought I found my new nail salon however, after only a week... my dip manicure is POPPING off. I don't usually write reviews and normally give a place at least two chances but I have NEVER had dip nails pop off like this. I was torn between a 4 and 5 star rating. 4.5 would be a good compromise :) Last week I called a few nail salons to try to find someone who could get me in for a shellac manicure that day. I had about 2 hours before I had to be in for work. Jasmine Nails said they could get me in within about 15 minutes so I drove over. The manicurist (I did not catch his name) took his time and did a thorough job...he was careful to make all the edges precise and did multiple layers. A week later and still no chipping or peeling. The price was reasonable (30 I believe) and there was a large selection of shellac colors. I went to another salon yesterday to get a pedicure (it's my birthday month, okay?! I'm pampering myself) and the pedicurist complimented my manicure! That's saying something :) The interior was nice and I could tell that the business gets a lot of repeat customers. I've only been in twice but had great service both times. My first time was a mani/pedi with McKayla and she did a great job! Tonight I went back for the second time and had a shellac manicure with Christy and she was great as well! The wait time without an appointment can be long (tonight probably 20 minutes) but the results were worth the wait. I knocked a star just because they seem to have a ton of tables open but not very many workers, which is the reason for the longer wait. I booked an appointment online for the next day & when i arrived on time they were telling me & multiple other women that their system is new & they "lost" appointments. The woman that seemed to be in charge was very obnoxious & tried to chastise me about not telling my nail tech "earlier" that i wanted gemstones even though i told him exactly what i wanted when i first sat down. When he told her this she just brushed it off she never apologized & instead tried to lecture me about how the top coat has to be wet to place gemstones. I had to repeat myself several times to even get the nail tech to ask if they had gemstones & then this lady comes over being so rude. I also had to wait forever for them to do anything because, again, they "lost my appointment". My appointment was @ 930a & i left after 1130a. 2 hours of a disappointing experience & my manicure chipped 3 days later. Never going back. Don't waste your money or your sanity here. read more

Nam (sorry I butchered that spelling) is the BEST every single girl I know at my highschool went to him and I do too. You can't compare his work to anyone. They have 2 cute little doggies that run around and they're so up to date with nail trends. My nails are always even and when I get acrylics they're never chunky. They've never hurt my cuticle and they can literally do anything from glitter to diamonds to ombré to ombré glitter to marble. Bri did a great job with my nails but was very unprofessional. She switched me over to another tech because she thought I would do better with him. She said there was no chemistry between us. I was seeing her once every 2-3 weeks for a total of 5 times then she decided I would do better with someone else. I got referred to see Bri & I thought she did a great job & I never complained. She didn't talk to me in person so when I called the salon I spoke with her on the phone & she said the salon didn't want to loose a customer so she decided to take it on herself to switch me to someone else. I thought that was my decision who I wanted to see & where I wanted to go not hers. I am very upset. I guess she wants to pick & choose her customers. Bad business lady. Not right. Who does that when you are in that business trying to find clientele? This review is for massage only. I tried out Jasmine yesterday because I was in great need of a quick, cheap massage. I was lucky to find this place because they offered neck and shoulder massage only, which was exactly what I wanted. The massage was great! She worked deep tissue, got all my knots out, and I even fell asleep at the very end. The only reason she does not get five stars is because she used rubber gloves to massage me :/ I've had lots of massages and I have never had this experience before. Every once in a while the rubber would catch on my skin and irritate it some. The massage was great but it could have been so much better without that rubber. At least it was inexpensive, $35 for 30 min ($40 with tip). read more

This was my second and for sure last visit here. My girl (who shall remain nameless) was in a mood. Ok I can understand that. My pedicure was marginal. Bowl not cleaned (!!!!) and I noticed her tools were not sterilized or even dipped in the antiseptic (!!!). The whole time she chatted with another worker and totally avoided me. OK. The worst polish and filing and clipping ever. I could have done better. Almost lacking massage. Then on to shellac mani. Cuticles cut, same dirty tools, very heavy and clumpy polish. I asked her to check my toes for polish around the skin and she told me it was fine. When I got home, I was shocked to see how terrible it actually was. Anyone can have an off day BUT the issue with the tools was not acceptable. Go ahead, waste your $$$$ and hope you don't get an infection. I won't. read more
