Randy was very patient and quick to answer any questions and offer advice on the road test along with doing pick up and drop off at my home. The negatives of my experience were all professionalism-based as the instructor fell asleep in the passenger seat multiple times during multiple lessons and requested constant schedule adjustments often only an hour before our scheduled meeting. These issues combined with the fact the driving lessons were only made available by Mr. Mason once per week, around 8 AM (which was the instructor's chosen time window they kept falling asleep within and rescheduling) made the customer experience lackluster at its best, but it was not a bad driving experience I learned a lot and never felt unsafe at any point but I won't pursue further instruction.

She is amazing! She's patient, encouraging, and keeps things calm so kids can actually learn without feeling stressed. My kids felt comfortable with her right away, and it really helped build their confidence. She's also respectful to both students and parents and is willing to work with families to make it the best experience possible. It was a relaxing hour and when she was my skin felt soft and renewed. I booked a shampoo and blowout for my second visit a few weeks later. Hollie did a great job listening to what I wanted and I got one of the best blowouts I've had in a long time. My hair style lasted for days. Best part is all the services are very reasonable since it's a teaching school and they're practicing their skills for graduation. Check out Groupon as they have even better prices through there. They're eager to honor Groupon and for feedback. I've had nothing but great experiences with Elevate and hope to continue using them for a long time.

Yall, I walked into this salon with a hot mess of a hair color and low hopes. I had previously had…read moremy hair dyed bright red, covered it up with a brown that was too dark and then faded to this weird brassy color, which I tried to fix at home with DIY color remover, blue shampoo, and box dye. All this plus the fact that my natural color roots were growing in meant my hair was a mess. I called other salons and the color correction it needed was being quoted at $200+. So I figured I'd give Elevate Salon a try, figuring they couldn't muck it up any worse than I had done myself. I dont know how she did it, but Sara completely fixed my hair. She consulted with a couple of other people (I assume the teachers, I didnt catch their names), really critically evaluated the best color correcting strategy, and worked some magic. I ended up with hair that was not only pretty close to my natural color, but somehow still had depth and warmth and not a trace of red. Honestly, I couldn't be happier!
