I left here wondering if I'd done the right thing by selling a bunch of coins and gold jewelry to them. They tell you you are getting a specific percentage of the spot price but you have no way of really knowing. One must have an appt. which is good...only one customer in at a time...safer for Covid exposure as well as security. We waited outside until the gentleman before us was done and then my husband and I were let in. At the same time a man who looked possibly homeless also walked in behind us. There was no conversation between this gentleman and the owners. As I was taking out all my items I felt him just too close behind us. His clothes were dirty and he had a bunch of filthy plastic bags. He wore no mask. The woman behind the counter must have seen me continue to look over my shoulder a few times, obviously uncomfortable. I finally told her I felt uncomfortable with him right there and I was snapped at that " he is one of our best customers!". I'm sorry I didn't just take my items and leave. We had the appt.
