A very nice woman named Jen helped us. Jen helped us figure out the best length and found the perfect gold chain for the locket. My wife was also gifted a birthstone bracelet (that she also wanted to wear to the upcoming event) but it wouldn't stay in place around her wrist so we also took the bracelet to Oaks Jewelers to be re-sized. Jen figured out the best length so it would stay in place, but the bracelet wouldn't be ready in time to wear to the event. (Our fault -- we had been meaning to get to Oaks Jewelers for quite some time and the locket was the most important so my wife was still happy.) However, a few days before the event, we got a text from Oaks Jewelers that the bracelet was ready to be picked up! He's the only person I will take my shoes to. Mr. Lee perfectly fixed the rip in the leather that I brought my boot in for, and he also repaired other things for free, without accepting any more money. He reinforced the soles and put in beautiful strong patches and padding into both boots. He even shined them. So much care. They were five years old and worn out.
