Today…read morethe sauna was "closed for maintenance" and taped off with masking tape... no maintenance workers in sight. Out of the 8 or so showers, one had a soap dispenser. The carpet for the CrossFit section in the middle of the gym is visually very dirty and needs to be vacuumed. Frustrating, they take your money every month, but usually fail to deliver what is advertised. Hope it gets better. It has to be the leadership and culture, because these aren't insurmountable tasks that we're talking about here.

I have only lived in Lantana since March of this year. I was excited when our pool in the…read moreneighborhood opened as we had a pool in our backyard in my previous location and it was a lot of work and I looked forward to enjoying the pool without all the upkeep. I was so pleasantly surprised by all the equipment. First of all there is more than one pool and I have only been at the north pool. It's a lovely pool up to 5 ft, no diving, but beautiful landscape and plenty of tables and chairs and recliners. There is also a little "splash town" that I like to call it where there are these huge rings you can run through with sprinklers on you and also these water sprouts that comeup from the ground that are tons of fun for my 14 month old twin grandsons. Clean and fun. There is also a gym that seems to have the most popular equipment and they are in the process of giving it a "facelift". There is a great play area outside of the pool area and gym that is great fun for the kids. It's new and they had a grand opening and passed out refreshments and had a balloon lady and everything. I'm looking forward to the next few years being here. Great amenities and great people to be around.

For anybody's information, Pool Connections isn't the company to go to for pool restoration (new…read moreheater, pump, filter, etc.; All installed in my home in March 2021). Scotty Hines, the business owner, isn't trustful to deal with. I ended up with a variable pump that was a '2019' model and to make up he deducted a few $ from the bill after giving me the excuse that a new one would have taken a long time, a cartrdige filter with a pressure gauge that after a year 'didn't show any pressure increase' (same for replacements) and never agreed to send his Tech to check it out after been pointed out the "Safety Factor" involved and, lastly, the new Skimmer installed started 'developing cracks and continued over time.' He's no longer going to do business in CA, last I heard from him, most likely because of many other people complaining about his business. Non-Californians be careful!

This is a 9 hole course that has some great challenges. The fairways can be very narrow so you…read morehave to have some pretty good control of your ball to play comfortably here. It is a lot of fun, as it is a short par 70 course that has steep inclines in places and rolling hills in others. All of this tucked in behind the Denton Dump and the Timberlake Apartments. It is easy to drive past and not even know it was there, I didn't for 10 years. The out of bounds are forest and you lose your ball pretty easy if you hit it in there, the traps were a little unkept when we played. This course has a putting green and a chipping green (never found this), but no driving range to warm up on. The course was pretty empty on the Tuesday prior to the Fourth of July, which was great since we played 18 holes and pretty much had it to ourselves. I would recommend for those wanting to get out and play a round by themselves or with a buddy. it moves quick and is challenging enough to make it fun.

The greens were better. It's only a 9 hole coarse that you play twice for a full round experience. They had 4 extremely drunk guys playing who were running the cart into trees and tearing the tee box areas. Staff didn't seem to care.
