Every member of the staff seems to truly care about the folks living there and we've not had one single regret since moving him in. The place is well thought out, rooms are nice, overall facility is very clean and the staff has ALWAYS been nothing less than very responsive & very helpful. There are plenty of activities available for the residents including a park with walking trails & exercise equipment next door. Let's not forget the food here - I'm almost embarrassed to say that I look forward to eating lunch there. The food is actually that good. Menus are well planned and published in advance making it easy for me to plan my lunch visits. The only criticism I have of the place is the Director's office is decorated with that tacky Tennessee Volunteer orange.

There is everything to love about Regency Personal Care Home! My mom lived at a larger assisted…read moreliving facility for 2 years in an early memory care neighborhood but began to need added security at night (bed rails/ cameras) due to being a fall risk and better staff: resident ratio for oversight during the day due to her impaired mobility. Zoe, the owner, is incredibly responsive, very in tune with the residents, and communicative with us about anything potentially going on with my mom before I even get there to notice which has been just a huge relief to know someone is actually paying attention to the signs of a UTI or anything else that may be going on. She even takes those that are able out occasionally for salon days! The home is only 5 bedrooms with 2 staff during the day and 1 at night so the resident: staff ratio is better than anywhere I've found and certainly better than any assisted living you will find! For someone with dementia, less is more and by less I just mean - less people, less commotion, less vast spaces than assisted living, but much much better care all in a true home environment. With only 4 caretakers, my mom very quickly became familiar with and felt comfortable and safe around them vs constant rotations at assisted living. She is able to sleep in, bed rails can be provided as needed, security cameras with audible alarms to staff during the night, and just less space to worry about oversight or being out of sight to where someone like my mom is less likely to fall. The home had comfy recliners in bedrooms and living rooms so residents can lounge comfortably which is a luxury over assisted living! Lori, the other owner, is a registered nurse and has been really helpful in streamlining medication management and dietary needs for my mom. I'm sure I'm missing a million good things about Regency but it has truly been a very positive experience to see my mom so well rested, so happy, and putting on a little weight - she looks better than she has in a very long time and I know it's due to the level of care and oversight she receives from everyone at Regency. Shout out to the amazing staff - Shereka, Candy, Diki, And Tefanie! It's like a little family there. I highly recommend if you are considering alternative options for your loved one to check this out especially for dementia care vs a memory care unit at assisted living both due to the level of care and the level of comfort and quality of life for your loved one.

This facility is impeccably clean well maintained. Zoe and her staff were truly unbelievable in the loving care that they gave my wife until her final days. I know my wife loved this home since she expressed this numerous times. and her love for Terri and Donna. Although the entire staff is excellent, I need to especially recognize Terri and Donna who are now are a part of our extended family. During her time there, my family and I were always welcomed with open arms and we all felt like family. Memory care is an absolute nightmare. The floor is like fly paper, they do the laundry, but never even turned the clothes right side out and just stuff them in the drawers, and they have one supervisor that they rely on for seven days a week 24 hours a day. That is an impossible job for anyone and they're too cheap to find extra help. There is very little mental stimulation for the people in memory care. I think it's all about the money and they hope the memory care people don't remember any details to report to their family. The staff doesn't even notice a guest walking in at times. All of them are over in the corner, looking at their telephones. I had walked in more than once to find my family member lying on a bed directly on the plastic! No sheets, no blankets no nothing. We also had numerous pieces of jewelry come up missing from the memory care unit. Granted, we shouldn't have had anything expensive there, but still you like to trust the staff.. Say no to their memory if you love the person you're looking to place there!

This last year during the COVID virus has been challenging for all senior communities. TCW has met the challenges head on, and has been proactive in all areas where needed to continue to keep the residents safe and healthy. From delivering meals directly to each resident, ensuring to screen residents for infection, monitoring and cleanliness, following state mandated guidelines, coordinating that all residents are vaccinated and working daily to keep each resident engaged in the community during a global pandemic, I applaud the staff. There are so.many outstanding and dedicated staff members that have gone above and beyond to ensure the residents quality of life is the best that it can be. In a pandemic, that is no small feat! TCW is a beautiful facility, filled with caring residents. My mother loves this community, the activities, the staff, her lovely apartment and her friends. Just walking in the door, makes you realize that happy residents live here. Thank you TCW staff for all your commitment. So glad that 2020 is over, and the virus pandemic is resolving. You all deserve a metal of honor!

My loved one has been living in the mountains at Stonehenge Senior Living in Blairsville, Georgia for over two years. The facility is clean. Staff member care about each resident. They are diligent with medications. The staff, especially Tonja and Nicole, in building #5 are good at communicating with me regarding any issues that arise with my loved one. My loved one's clothes have never once "gone missing" in the wash. (Another facility my loved one was briefly in lost almost every piece of clothing owned.) Along with a door to the resident's room from the interior of the building where residents walk to attend lunch, movies, and other activities, they also have their own "back door" to the grounds to enter and exit the room. This is not a common find. Each room in Building 5 has its own thermostat . Not all facilities provide this luxury. Daily activities, such as Bingo, Karaoke, Movies, Pool parties and a Fourth of July firework show that would impress even the most discriminating firework aficionados are offered. The freshly manicured and mulched gardens at Stonehenge offer the best of the mountains. Especially in building #5, I highly recommend Stonehenge Senior Living. For seniors, who need some assistance with their daily care, I am grateful to Mitch and Linda for making this beautiful property available .

We were fortunate to find a 2 bedroom and kitche area so we changed The second bedroom to a nice comfortable living room that has a door that leads out to a private patio. This is not cheap but after losing my father at the previous place these final years with mom I think will be comfortable here at Arbor Terrace. We came here after her brain surgery and she's had five strokes in the last two years and other injuries but no cancer and no dementia. I travel a lot but I'm with her at least three days a week and she's very demanding on the staff and me which is just her personality, but she's the love of my life and caring for her is my first priority I can't be prouder of the facilities here from the directors to the kitchen staff the medical staff all of the daily caregivers that works so hard to make everyone here as comfortable as they can be. I don't know how they do it. Everybody goes through various changes and illnesses in the later age but they manage it well. I thought I would write this during the pandemic as it's important to know that this location best that I can tell practices extreme safety, restricts entry from outsiders, are getting meals to everybody on time or three times a day every day, and dealing with family trying to see their loved ones who they haven't seen in over a month. There's many people to thank thank you all for the job you do the heroes that you are the care that you give to those we can't be with every day. Highly recommend!

I'm sure I signed something saying it's $3500 a month it was a booklet of pages to sign. These companies taking advantage of the elderly is so sad and immoral. I don't know how they sleep at night. I might add that almost none of the people working there speak English or understand it! they have an app the elderly have to speak into so the girls can understand them. if they sickly or disabled it is very hard to communicate! The girls then have to speak Spanish back into the phone so the elderly person can get an answer. CRAZY! PLEASE! be careful where you put your loved one's apparently there are a lot of places taking advantage of the elderly! It is so sad.
