The doctor mentioned sending the labs out to quest during the appointment and apparently that did not happen. The office manager called me with such an attitude. She talked over me and didn't let me speak. She told me I was stuck with the bill and to go see a different doctor. Absolutely no interest in resolving the matter and basically told me to go F off. Do not go to this office unless you want to pay out-of-pocket, even though you have insurance, and you want to be completely disrespected by the office staff. $330 because of a cotton swab of my tongue and they didn't even give me the results!! Truly awful. UPDATE: another person's review noted that the office lady hung up on her and the same thing happened to me. Really disrespectful!! And both of our reviews are from the last year. The good ones are very old.

That was also strange. In every other circumstance where I saw a doctor they would sit down with me and talk me through it. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They lack compassion and empathy, follow through, and charge way too much for what they do. Also I did notice that they double dipped. They charged me out of my own pocket but then also charge my insurance company. So they're not ethical as well. Thankfully I'm doing okay and I won't need to see them again. But I put the word out. I think other people need to be warned. I also noticed from other reviews that if you say anything negative about them they come on here and they lie. That's not okay.
