My assistant called to see if I could see the doctor earlier then my original appointment and that enraged the receptionist enough to bring my assistant to TEARS. I called back to make the appointment myself and the receptionist said "your a new patient so I don't have to put up with this crap. Go elsewhere!" And hung up on me. I'm disgusted that someone who works for a reputable doctor could be so irrational, insensitive, volatile and down right nasty to anyone let alone a person who needs medical attention. My disease flares up when I'm emotionally distressed so thanks to this nut job, I'll be stuck in bed until further notice. I beg this practice to keep this woman off the phone because she is costing you money and just damaged your reputation forever in my eyes.
