    I've been repairing my 28 year old unit annually for the last 6 years. So of course it decides to go out on the hottest day this year (104). I tried getting a hold of other companies that I've worked with in the past. No one replied or answered. I got OAR number from a friend. Hasem came out about an hour later and got the unit up and running. The middle of the next day it went out again (different part). Again Hasem came out quick and early. My husband and I finally made the decision that we'd put enough money into the old unit and it had to go. I've been quoted by other places in the past year for the same job and his price was honestly way more reasonable than I expected. The next morning the work was started. Had a few hiccups in the coming days, but Hasem and his staff stayed polite and helpful l. Quickly responded and came out to clear up our concerns within a few hours. It's now been a few weeks and I'm satisfied with all the work.

    Excuses. This is the customer service you get after trying to reason with him on returning to fix the problem!

    I would give 0 stars if I could. I went with this guy based off of what the rest of the 5 star reviews he was given and clearly that was the WORST thing I could have done. My air conditioner is still not working and was clearly misdiagnosed. The price changed from what he told my on the roof while doing the diagnosis to when I was actually charged after the 20 minute service. This business is a JOKE. Do your research before calling this guy, his hvac license doesn't even show up when you search him. And he is being a horrible business owner with doing right on his end, which is not a thing but hang up on me.

Bell Brothers tech stated our heaters gas valve was completely broken and then tried upselling us a quote of $32,000 for a new unit. I'm so glad that Chris found the issue and saved us tens of thousands of dollars. We're canceling our Bell Brothers service and going with Delta Sierra Mechanical! This is the second time that Delta Sierra Mechanical has come to fix something that Bell Brothers techs messed up. Thank you Chris for helping us out.

    Outrageous pricing and gaslighting…read more I'll leave it to the reader to look at my quote images for just the HVAC Goodman components, and google their prices. On average I found it was at least half of what Sierra wanted to charge me. The need: Last winter I had gotten several quotes for replacing my aging furnace and adding AC. Most of the quotes were in the $14k range, with one quote dropping down to the $8k range. These were all homewise quotes (seems to be standard) I just wasn't ready at the time, since I needed my electrical panel replaced. The Draw: Saw the "$20,000? No way." ad on Facebook. Saw other ads saying, "Get it online just by answering a few questions!" Problem is you never get an instant quote. Instead you get someone calling your number in the next few days. I figured it'd be in range of the other quotes. I told the ladies on the phone what I would be looking to pay. Pulling the wool: Well besides no "instant online quote" someone was dispatched to my house. They were pleasant enough, but they kept trying to gaslight me. It's not easy to gaslight me. I know what these things cost from my day career in IT and Facilities work. I've had to get this type of equipment installed several times. I know the approximate cost of materials, labor, and what it *should* cost. The unexpected: Despite all of this expertise the guy sent to my house presented me with an offensively bad quote. They wanted to tear out all of my duct work, replacing it with flex duct. (Just last year it was camera inspected and I was shown it was fine) to the tune of $5,000. The Condenser, air handler, and furnace was $13k (as shown in the quote screenshot) The Gaslighting: This is where things too a big turn. I plainly told him, "We are not at the same place here, I'll have to pass" and I would expect at least some level of negotiation. "Well, I can drop the price to X" Instead it was "It's only $250 a month!" with no explanation of the terms/number of payments. $250@mo for 52 months? $250@mo until the balance is paid? My wife and I both have credit scores in the 800's. We're very good with our finances. "I had a guy quote me $8k last year" was passed off as impossible. No, it's not impossible in the dead of winter when AC installers are starved for work. Dear Reader, just google these components: 1-3 Ton 14.3 SEER2 R-32 single stage condenser unit-Goodman GLXS4BA3610 1-3 Ton 14.3 SEER2 R-32 upflow/horizontal evaporator coil-Aspen DE36D4D175R530 1-80% 60,000 BTU Up flow/horizontal single stage Low Nox gas furnace-Goodman GR9S800604BX Add up the price. It's not $13k. I also question the expertise here, as Low Nox is no longer acceptable for installs. BAAQMB has mandated Ultra Low Nox. Bad price, gaslighting, unnecessary work, and lacked knowledge of local regulations. I dodged a bullet. **Edit** Shortly after this review I got a call from Sierra, arguing over my review. I just hung up, then got a harassing text stating this was over "feelings" before blocking the number. The gist of my experience is there was expectations that were setup by the ads that were not met by the prices, expertise, or lack of professionalism.

    4/5: Took 3 visits for the technicians to figure out what was wrong with HVAC…read more Juan came out first and thought it was the thermostat, I didn't think so because the code that keeps lighting up on my HVAC was 26, from the blinker light message which is the burner unit. Before the technician came out, I did tell Air Tech scheduler that I have to leave by 1130am that day for work and technician came around 9am. Anyway, when I got home from work, the heater didn't turn on because thermostat was set to a specific temperature and inside the house was at least 4-5 degrees colder. Over the weekend, I left a message and I think it was Kim who called back. 2nd Technician came out and it was Nathan. He had to leave and problem wasn't solved and he ran out of time and had to come back again which he needed authorization for so I don't have to keep paying for the same visit when the problem wasn't solved. 3rd Visit: Nathan figured it out and solved it. It did took them 3 visits which was almost 6 hours of my time with approx. 2hrs each time. I'm just glad Air Tech's technicians figured it out finally and didn't go with the MOST Expensive solution for the client first. I tried a different company before Air Tech and they definitely went with a more expensive solution to my HVAC problem. Overall, I'm still pleased with Juan and Nathan that they were able to solve my HVAC problem of why the heater wasn't turning on. I waited 2 weeks before giving a review to make sure my HVAC is working fine, which it is and that's what mattered most to me. The technicians were great! Knowledgeable and both Juan and Nathan didn't mind answer ALL my questions on HVAC and taught me few tips. I gave 4 out 5 because it took them 3times.
