In regards to their tech's I have had the same one, Josh, for approximately 3 years. In this 3 year period I have come to regard him as a friend. A friend always cares and is always dependable and Josh has these qualities. Yesterday, I started having issues with my central air and Josh arrived this morning to save my day. This past weekend our AC went out during one of the hottest days of the year. I cannot express how happy I am that I stumbled upon this company. I purchased a new unit approximately five years ago and started having issues this year only to discover the company I used went out of business. I contacted two of the larger companies, and they essentially tried to have me fix the problem myself. However, I stumbled upon advanced tech, and I cannot believe the responsiveness that I received. They had a technician out, Aaron, that day, who completed a diagnostic and was extremely professional and friendly. Parts were ordered and he came back out to fix the problem and discovered the diagnosis was incorrect and it "may" ( I am not taking responsibility for install incase my significant other reads this) have been a thermostat installation issue.
