I have been worried about replacing my old one but he assured me that they would do an amazing job, and they gave me a fair price. This morning Rafael, Josh and Arturo showed up, the nicest guys you could ever meet. They checked out the location of the unit and immediately set out to work. I couldn't believe how fast the old one came down and the new one went up. My roof is slanted with solar panels up there, there is a 4ft wide space in between but it requires care when maneuvering around them. Several other men came just to help swap the units and then they were gone. Again really nice young men. There were lots of things concerning the old cooler, I didn't know it wasn't installed many years ago correctly so while we had lots of air in our attic was very cool LOL They made sure it was perfect, I'm so happy with the installation, Rafael, Josh and Arturo are truly professionals but more then that they are a pleasure to have do the work. I have been using Anderson since we moved here in 2002, wouldn't use any other company. We recently had a small leak under one of the bathroom sinks. We are on their Sierra Reward Program. So we called them on Wednesday before 5 pm. and were able to get an appointment for the following day. Now, that's customer service. The next day, they called us in the early afternoon to inform us that one of their plumbers was on the way. He arrived about 20 minutes later. His name was Alex Church. He asked to see the bathroom and to explain the problem. He took it apart and looked at all the components. Found the problem and fixed it. He informed us that we will need to replace the faucet soon. He was knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. He fixed our problem. I write this in hopes that his bosses see this and he gets KUDOS for his work. We are very pleased to be on the Sierra Reward Program and recommend this company.

Had 6 quotes and they were one that was most reasonable. The team that was dispatched to do the install were awesome. Very personable and very professional. They took their time and were very thorough. The only hiccup was when they were cleaning up some sheet rock dust with the shop vac there was no filter on the on it so sheet rock dust went everywhere in the room LOL. They identified the problem, installed a filter and cleaned the entire room from top to bottom. To be honest it was cleaner after they cleaned it from what it was before. Recently, the commercial unit was not working properly. Chris was patient, responsive, and very persistent in identifying the root of the problem. He took the time to study the unit, consult directly with LG, and stayed with it until everything was fully operational. He also installed a remote LG thermostat for the 3rd floor, which has made managing the system much easier. In addition, the front desk staff at Red Bear is very professional. They reminded us of our appointment in advance and followed up when the technician arrived, which made the entire process smooth and efficient. Found out in june when I tried to use the AC that electricity wasn't even hooked to the outside unit. By then they were permanently closed. I Finally got it working by having the electricity hooked up and another HVAC firm come out and finish the install, which included charging the ac with refrigerant. THey took advantage of installing when I wasn't there to not finish the job, hoping I wouldn't test it out till summer.

Imagine a new rental with so much hair in the vents it was very nearly a fire hazard, and 1 company didn't respond/answer at all and another was over 2 weeks out - ma'am, the place would be ashes by then! Jorge's level of service--EXCEPTIONAL. Kind and considerate, and went the extra mile multiple times. We were having an issue with our dryer telling us our vent was blocked. Jorge checked the vent from outside the house, explaining what he was seeing as he cleared out whatever he could find. Since that didn't fix the dryer issue, the dryer company sent out a (pretty lazy) service person, who took a brief look and said it was still the vent. Jorge offered to come back and take another look, even going down in the crawl space to disassemble and reassemble the dryer vent to see what else he could find. Nothing. It's actually the dryer that has a wonky sensor--thanks to Jorge's genial hard work, we now know this definitively. Thanks guys. Highly recommend this pleasant and professional service team, and will work with them again.
