I mentioned to Chris that something went awry after we tried to secure the cover of the Nest thermostat (it was loose from the wall). The AC had worked before but after doing something with the cover, the AC stopped working. Chris quickly found the problem (a fuse had blown out). Chris was very professional, gave me some ideas on a Honeywell thermostat (we're not BIG fans of the new NEST thermostat), showed me how to read the error codes on our furnace (watch the number of red light flashes and compare it to the brochure left with the furnace). It was easy, peasy, even someone like me who has no HVAC experience could do this. I can't thank Chris enough for his great personality, true professionalism, answered my questions, taught me a few things (learning something new is always good) and even loved on my 2 labs (turns out we both love animals). Ryan gave me a quote that was significantly better than some other local companies, and was able to come out and fix it immediately. They promised they'd be there at 7am and be done by 3 the next day - and they held to their word! They came out, relined my sewer, installed a clean out, and covered up the hole by 3pm, even hauling away the big rocks they dug up. They did such a great job that I just hired them to repipe all the plumbing in my crawl space and yet again, they gave me a super reasonable bid and were 100% true to their word. This time a crew of 2 younger guys came out - they were extremely polite, got the job done in the time promised, and cleaned up and were on their way out in a day! Plumbing issues are a massive pain in the butt but these guys do live up to their names - they made the whole thing EASY. Replacing the pipe would also have left three feet of my old (orangeburg) pipe from curb to the city connection, unless willing to pay an additional thousand dollars for 3 more feet. Ryan and two crew members showed up at the scheduled 7 AM time and did an excellent job. Finishing around 2:30 PM after the city inspector approved the work.
