Anthony from Cool Breeze came in and immediately went the extra mile, not only checking out our existing units but also taking the time to go up into our attic (very hard to get to) and down into our crawl space to make sure that any new equipment we bought wouldn't be compromised by bad insulation or ducting. We were immediately impressed with the effort and with the clarity of the info he provided, and he also had a very easygoing manner that made us feel comfortable/unpressured in considering the options Cool Breeze presented.
