My family and I have been going to Dr. Ferraro for many years. We make recommended Dr. Ferraro and his staff to our imm family, extended family and on FB when people are asking for recommendations. But, I'm sad that after all these years they will not give a discount to cash customers. Very disappointing. I won't stop me from going there cause of that reason, but again disappointed they don't take better care of loyal long term customers. read more

I was looking for a dentist and my friend highly recommended this dental office. A filling was fallen off and Dr Williams and his crew tended to fix it with top notch quality care. I had to get the crown since the broken filling was too big. I was relieved to not have to do root canal. The front desk Channy was friendly and very helpful. The price was on the higher side, but the quality of the crown, the gentle care and detail explanations on the treatment made it worth it! The proceas took 2.5 hours from start to finish, but it was all done in a day. The tooth/crown came out beautiful. To top this off, a few hours later after I got home, Dr. Williams took the time to personally call and checked on how I was doing. Talking about excellent services all around! I said it once, I'll say it again: Dr. Ferraro is the best. I don't write reviews on yelp, so it is really saying something that this is the second review I've written for them. He recently did bondings on my front teeth, and made them look amazing. He is so considerate when it comes to price, pain, and detail. I've been insecure about my teeth my whole life, and Dr. Ferraro made my teeth beautiful, and my little sisters! He spent so much time and energy, and was so patient and detailed. He always makes sure I am not feeling pain and that I am comfortable. I don't have enough great things to say about this place. Not to mention, the staff is so kind and welcoming. The best!!! My step son was doing flips on the trampoline and hit is jaw so hard we thought he broke it. Dr. Ferraro is top-notch. His dental work and bedside manner is excellent! I have never had to have so much dental work done IN MY LIFE, but due to COVID I kept on putting off going into see the dentist and waited 2 years. i had 8 cavities. Needless to say I was tense, nervous, and on-edge. Dr. Ferraro puts you at ease; he is so kind, explains and walks you through each step AND he is funny and tells jokes which kept me calmed down. He brought my oral health back to normal- big YAYYY! Forever grateful to him and his office. Prices are a little expensive, but does great work. Also, a few years back I did clear correct at his office, which is like the equivalent of Invisalign and he bonded my front teeth. Everyone has complimented me on how beautiful and natural my smile was, but no one could tell I had anything 'done.'. I would absolutely go through that whole process again with Dr. Ferraro. I am very picky about doctors and professionals I choose to see. I would highly recommend Dr. Ferraro as a dentist for cavities, crowns, clear correct (Invisalign), and teeth bonding. read more

I went in for a new patient visit today, after being treated for several years at a corporate dental office. No comparison. Dr. Paul Ferraro's Dental practice is best described as "professional" all around. Dr Ferraro is very likable and friendly, but he's also highly proficient, detailed and gentle in his dental work. I can see that he takes pride in doing the very best dental work possible while he's also enjoyable, personable and kind. I get the sense that integrity is highly important to Dr Ferraro, so trusting him with health matters is easy. He works to deliver just what his patients want, just the way they want it. His recommendations are reasonable and ethical. He seems to be very much " on top of things" in his practice, making sure that all patients are properly cared for and that all concerns are addressed. He even personally calls patients to answer questions if necessary. His staff are great. On each visit I've enjoyed the front desk staff as well as his back office dental assistants. I've now experienced two of his dental assistants (Sandy and Vickayla) and they're the best. They're both so kind, personable, professional and highly skilled while also being very gentle and respectful toward patients. On recent visits both Sandy and Vickayla worked assisting Dr Ferraro and they were both SO pleasant, skilled, gentle and professional. Being a health care professional myself, I'm particular about trying to choose and use only the very best doctors and dental assistants possible for my own care. And what's more, he's got a terrific staff. The dental hygienist I see there is probably the person most responsible for the excellent shape my teeth are in. I have been coming to Dr.Ferraro's office for a little over a year now. I used to avoid going to the dentist until I absolutely needed to but now I go for my normal checkups without any hesitation. Dr.Ferraro has completely eliminated the fear I used to have of going to get my teeth cleaned. His passion for dentistry shines through in what I can only describe as his "Art" of creating healthy and beautiful smiles. Today I had a refilling and a chip that was corrected and throughout the procedure I had no pain whatsoever and required no medication. You can tell Dr. Ferraro and his assistants love their job and their new office is extremely high quality. As a person who has struggled with dental visits in the past due to tough recoveries from simple procedures, I couldn't be more pleased with the experiences I've had from this office and the staff. I've had re-curing bite issues with other dentists after cavities have been filled and Dr. Ferraro has filled several and put on crowns with no issue's to date. This office is very welcoming and I love its quaint feel. I appreciate that my experience's have been one-on-one as a patient which makes my time feel valued as I haven't had to wait in between other people.
