They helped me get an appointment quickly and his assistant prepped me and asked me several questions in order for Dr. Salib to make a good surgical plan for me. I didn't know why I needed a CT, but as we went through it together it actually plays a critical role since my teeth were about to hit a nerve. So I went into the surgery confidently and walked out like nothing. He went out of his way to call and check up on me during the weekend which I really appreciated. So I'm definitely sending my close family and friends his way for their amazing service. I've healed up pretty well, no issues, not even much pain very minor. Dr. Salib and his team was a pleasure to work with. He's very easy to talk to, easy going, listens very well to every concern I had, very experienced, very efficient and had a pretty pleasant conversation with him. They treated me like a queen, I was very comfortable, fully confident in this office!

STAY AWAY! I would give 0 stars if I could! I asked Henry 2 weeks ago and Sharyn 1 week ago to…read moreplease have Dr. Christine Chung call me so I could let her know what happened. 2 weeks and still NO CALL! At first, 7 Day Dental treated me pretty well and I was friendly with the entire staff: Sharyn, Henry, Dr. Shah, Dr. Christine Chung, Viviano, Sergio, Soledad, Zara and Shannon. And at first, I was also very impressed with Dr. Shah. I had Mercury and Metal poisoning due to an illness. So I had to replace 8 crowns. And I also had to get 4 root canals. There were several things that happened during the course of my treatment which lasted a year. I was willing to overlook some of the minor issues that happened as I have had so much work. FIRST, when they were taking impressions, they gave me so much of the glue, it went down my throat and I was gagging (this happened twice). SECOND, many of the temporary crowns were done so poorly that they cracked at the slightest bite of food that I took. One of those times, the crown cut the side of my cheek and I got an infection. I was called to Arizona as my mother was dying, and I could not wait so I had to go with an infection. It was awful! I called the office and thankfully they prescribed an antibiotic for me. This should have never happened in the first place! THIRD, Dr. Shah accidentally dropped a dental tool in my mouth trying to remove a crown and made a big hole in my mouth. That really hurt! I was trying to hang in there as at least the crowns were satisfactory. Then the more serious issues started happening. First, when I needed a root canal in #18 and #19, Dr. Shah said she could NOT do it as I had some wicked curves in the roots. She referred me to Dr. Chuck Le, who also works at 7 Day Dental. At first, I thought he was an endodontist. He did root canals on the two molars above. He is not qualified to be doing any root canals at all! I have had 10 crowns, 8 root canals, and 1 implant. So I know. Before we started, he even asked me are you sure you do not want to see an endodontist? But I thought well I am here and I was worried about the money, so expensive. He hurt me so much, I came home and cried myself to sleep. He also got the file stuck in one root. He warned me about that. But he did not warn me how much he would hurt me. And he missed treating a canal altogether in Tooth #18! I found that out after I then had to pay $4,000 to another endodontist to fix everything he did wrong! That even hurt more! Then after 6 or so months, 2 of the crowns #2, #3, that Dr. Shah replaced started shifting. Dr. Shah agreed to redo ONE of the crowns, and then said she would replace the filling on #4 to fit the other crown better. I agreed. But then she caused me to have to get another root canal and an abrasion on #4. Also, Dr. Shah said she would only replace the one crown if I purchased a guard for teeth grinding! $500! I already had one fortunately for TMJ that was done under Medi-Medi! No charge! And after Dr. Shah replaced #14, I got three abrasions at the top of #13, #14, and #15. She then said she did not want to do the abrasions (that would have been out-of-pocket), as she said my teeth were senstive! Hello! I have mercury and metal poisoning! Of course, they are sensitive! That was a poor move on her part! And it is now costing me a lot more money! So upset about it! I even took my husband here to get some work done. He spent $3,900 out-of-pocket! They did an awful job! They dropped the ball entirely! So now we are trying to get our money back! Also, we waited in the office for 2 hours on a Friday! I had other medical appointments to go to. And my husband just had a motorcycle accident so he had fractures and other injuries! They made him sit in their freezing cold office for 2 hours! I had to leave and I was so angry! This young medical assistant who is Mexican (do not know his name and never seen him before!) was so rude! He said many things, but worst is we might not even see Dr. Shah at all! I couldn't believe it! I was so upset! And when I tried to talk to Sharyn, the office manager, she was all of a sudden a different person! No compassion! Endodontist needed a referral this time. If Dr. Shah had just replaced both crowns and not touched my other tooth, it would have been fine! I asked for the referral 2 times in the office and called 7 times that week before my endo appt. Then Dr. Shah forgot what she had said. And did not submit until it was too late and I missed the appointment. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS OFFICE!!! AND NOT ONE PERSON CALLED AFTER I WAS SO NICE TO EVERYONE IN THAT OFFICE!!! WHAT A SHAME!!! NOW I WILL START OVER!!!
