Oasis is still a consistent favorite of mine. Doesn't matter if it's breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just coffee, I'm always happy with the meal and the service. This place really deserves more hype than it gets.

First off, so happy we could make a reservation for our party of 5. We were greeted by the happiest hostess ever who personally thanked us for choosing Oasis today! It was a tough choice with so many menu items that sounded amazing. Our server was friendly and our meal came out quickly and perfectly. My family got the Pancake Breakfast Sandwich (triple decker HUGE portion), Nutella & Bacon French Toast, Breakfast Burger and Corned Beef Hash ... but I have to say that mine was by far the prettiest! I got the Waffle Benny with Avacado shown below and it was phenomenal! Looking forward to going back again! Little side note: if you arrive after 10:30, not only is the breakfast menu available, but the entire menu is your to choose from!

My friends and I were lucky to stumble upon this diner on our way home! The interior is nice and modern, with lots of seating, and the option to take out too. I can definitely see this place being popular during weekends! Oasis Diner is truly a cute oasis by the freeway. We came in for brunch, and they definitely didn't disappoint. They do breakfast food well, and their proportions are generous. I particularly liked their french toast deluxe, and their ham was well done! Their drinks are also tasty, and I enjoyed my lavender latte. Definitely try this spot if you're in the area!

First off, let me preface that with the 3 stars I've only been one time so cannot comment on if my opinion would change if I went back multiple times and tried multiple dishes. Met a friend here for dinner. Easy to find and plenty of parking. I love the inside. It is so soothing and pretty and modern. Not a traditional old diner appearance by any means. I also really like that menu wasn't super huge. It seems that it was designed in the perfect way to have a few different types of meals, and I love that I was not overwhelmed by choices. I started with the French onion soup. My girlfriend got a chicken soup. We both agreed they were super salty. Besides the salt, she really enjoyed her soup. Mine and the other hand felt underdone. The cheese was hard and not melted. For our mains, we both opted for the salmon with the cauliflower purée. We both agree that the sides were delicious, but the salmon was so overcooked. As that was supposed to be the star of the meal I was disappointed. Also we didn't really get attended to in terms of our drinks. We got water one time and had to ask when we needed a refill. I can understand if the restaurant was busy, but they were only about three tables at that time. Would I go back if in the area? 100%. They had some really interesting menu options which I would love to explore. Maybe we just had an off night.

This place was pretty awesome. The vibe was great, enjoyed the interior decorations and design, lots of fresh young faces working, and fantastic coffee! I will most definitely be returning back and trying out other drinks and foods on the menu.

Went to grab breakfast at the Oasis Diner today and it was delicious. Sat us down really quick, which is always a plus. They have super unique food and drink items. The restaurant is clean and cozy. I definitely recommend anyone in the area to come give it a try.

Food was great, portions were large, service was good. Absolutely would go back, especially for breakfast.

Surprisingly, very good! You have to try the green team juice. Sandwiches were all delicious and the tiny fries too. Great coffee.

This used to be a good diner. The food now taste like dirt. The atmosphere looks like a kindergarten classroom. Stay away. Food sucks.

Fountain soda has the usual suspects, plus red birch beer which I had to get since you don't see it everywhere! Fries were hot and super crispy, with a nice soft fluffy interior. The hot dogs reminded me of other places in the area--think the Hot Grill in Clifton. Two make a good lunch. I'd definitely return to try more of the menu.

I feel transported to the 1950s coming here - there's even a drive thru! The Lantern keeps a…read moredelightfully vintage menu and aesthetics - serving up old-fashioned hotdogs, burgers, milkshakes, egg cream(!), fries, sandwiches, wraps, ice cream, breakfast foods and more - but not in any kind of intentional hipsterish way...which makes it authentically hip in my book. Their signature item is the hot Texas weiner. Now a Texas weiner ain't like any other chili dog. It's a fried hot dog, topped with a special spiced meat chili sauce (no beans), which you can and should get dressed "all the way," with chili, onions, and mustard. And btw it's not a Texas thing; it's a New Jersey thing...by way of Greece. The chili sauce on a Texas weiner is particular (and not to be confused with your standard-issue chili con carne), and the taste can be divisive. Some people love it; others like my husband didn't care for the chili or the flavor of the dog. It's one of those things, IYKYK I guess. I for one did enjoy my weiner. And my roast beef club and tater tots w/ cheese both hit the spot. It's simple and straightforward food, nothing fancy. I can get with the back-to-basics-ness of the joint which fits with the theme. This should be an irresistible destination for any road trippers and curiosity food seekers. There is ample seating inside, with two dining sections. And the people who work here are nice. The older lady who took our order was so sweet to put cartoons on the TV for my toddler. Probably 3-3.5 on the food, but bumping to 4 for the kitschy charm, good value, and kind service. I just luv the whole vibe!
