Raw chicken is a legitimate food-safety concern. I understand restaurants can make mistakes, but chicken needs to be cooked thoroughly and there should be safeguards in place to make sure something like this does not reach a customer. I have my receipt and photos documenting what I received, and I am also submitting a formal complaint to management/corporate. Please check your chicken carefully if ordering from this location.
