    Short stack, buttermilk pancakes!
    Rizwan A.

This was one of the most delicious omelettes (Farmer's Omelette on the menu) I've ever eaten in my life! I love this place! The STAFF is wonderful and very warm and service is fantastic! I believe Sharon was the name of my waitress, and she was absolutely the best! Everything I ordered was super delicious, yummy, fresh, and came out promptly! I would highly recommend this gem! So good! I will definitely come back here again in a heartbeat! Can't ask for a better breakfast, this side of the Mississippi! I also ordered a short stack of buttermilk pancakes, and it came out nice and hot and super fresh! Delicious!

Bacon egg cheese ketchup and extra mayo on a roll

Alright let's start with the good stuff, the service was great, it was my first time and I felt welcomed. Not used to that much. I got a bacon egg and cheese on a roll. It was alright. I had asked for extra mayo, so it came out a little messy but able to maintain while eating. The only thing bad was the cheese, it didn't melt the way I thi Ight it would. Otherwise everything else was good.

Nice local luncheonette that is great for all the breakfast and lunch classics. Service was good and waitress was very friendly. BLT had crispy bacon and was very tasty. Will definitely be back

Came here on a Sunday morning hoping to find a solid new breakfast joint we could add into our repertoire of weekend breakfast places - and that's exactly what we found. We walked into the relatively small luncheonette and sat at the counter. Attentive service, menu full of your standard breakfast items at a good price and best of all, they don't judge you when you order Mickey pancakes as a married 30 something. Kenny himself cooks the food and it was a delicious meal - we definitely want to come back to try their lunch menu! Would definitely recommend!

Great food made to order. Definitely my go to spot for breakfast and lunch. Staff is always friendly and there is a Nascar theme decor.

Great for meeting up with friends, maybe even small groups (depending on the size of the group). I ordered a coffee and scone. The scone was not too sweet, which I really liked! They clearly use real ingredients and don't oversweeten recipes, which is comfortable to digest. The scone was a bit dry and hard and didn't give the flare of flavor I was hoping for-- I'd ordered a Mexican chocolate scone and wanted to taste deep smoky chocolate and spice. The flavor was much milder and middle of the road. I saved most of it but ate it over the next couple days. Tasted better once the flavors set in I guess. The coffee was just aiight though. I a huge coffee fanatic so this one hit home. Wasn't bad by any means, but didn't spark my soul either. I explore lots of vegan and GF places, and if you're in the area, do go check them out.

I picked out my latte and went to the counter only to discover that they cannot make lattes decaf :-( I was so excited to try the Tiramisu latte but couldn't. I got the meatball sandwich which was very good and the coffee cronut. I loved the cronut but would definitely get a plain one next time because there was so much filling. I liked that they give you a buzzer to wait for your food. The staff was very nice. And it's a cute walk up window. Like I mentioned I couldn't get any espresso drink decaf which is the only reason why I took off a star. Maybe they will include that in the future.

In any case, visited The Saucy Cup around 9:45AM to a small but totally doable line. Actually -- no line even, because most of the people were still deciding what to order which left the "Order Here" window completely empty for me to swoop in. After briefly glancing at the menu, I decided on getting both a food and drink item: for food, I got the 4 Cheese Quiche and for drink, the wonderfully titled Caramel Miso Iced Latte. First, the quiche: it is not a quiche, lol - it's a buttery and flaky pastry with a cheesy quiche-like middle, with a subtle onion flavor as well. It is served with a pink sauce -- and after trying it, the base is definitely ketchup and mayonnaise. It tasted very good, for being a quichessant. Second, the caramel miso latte: if you are a Dulce de leche or a salted caramel fan -- this is your jam. It doesn't have the same level of saltiness as those flavors often have, but it carried an appropriate amount of umami/savoriness. I give it the Asian compliment: "Not too sweet" -- which for a caramel drink is a rare find altogether. The Saucy Cup is a locally-owned business leaving their mark in Wayne -- stop by (preferably a weekday) to try them out! P.S: Only 7-8 parking spots! May you find parking when you visit!

I recently tried their California-style cheesesteak, the "California Dreamin'," and it was easily one of the most delicious sandwiches I've had in years--definitely in my top 3-5 cheesesteaks. What sets Teddy's apart is the attention to quality and freshness. The steak was thinly sliced right in front of means & perfectly seasoned, and they didn't skimp on the portion--this sandwich was loaded! While it's not your typical Philly-style cheesesteak, the California twist with lettuce, tomato, fried onions, and (by request) cheese whiz was an absolute flavor bomb. And let's talk about the bread--it was perfection: fresh, soft, and sturdy enough to hold this massive, two-handed masterpiece. The sandwich was big, messy, and worth every bite--don't forget extra napkins! I'm already looking forward to coming back and exploring more items on their menu. I also noticed they offer catering, which is great if you need breakfast, lunch, or dinner for an event. Teddy's is more than a restaurant; it's an experience. If you're in Wayne, NJ, make sure to stop by--you won't be disappointed!
