For example: they have a fairly extensive "Mexican" menu with Juevos Rancheros on it, but they don't make ranchero salsa and basically only have Pace style Picante. For this south Texan the salsa/picante/no real Juevos rancheros was a bummer, BUT the salsa they did have tasted great and the service was wonderful. *note: I am a Spanish speaker so occasionally my experience will be different than non Spanish speakers.

I didn't catch her name, but she was friendly, energetic, warm, and incredibly personable. When she learned we were visiting from China and had spent more time in places like Los Angeles before coming to New Jersey for the first time, she happily shared stories about the local area and made us feel right at home.
