My new silk blouse got ruined during the dry clean. There are 5 holes on it when I picked up. The store owner asked me to leave the shirt at the store and promised me she will compensate. However I haven't heard back from her since then. And the staff at the store told me they don't have the owners phone number. I can't find a way to talk to her. Worst experience ever l.

Haven't been here in so long and the laundry's/dryers are maintained super clean. The tables to fold your clothes are also super clean. What I love about the new change now is they offer a "Blue card" that is reloadable with your visa/credit/cash whatever you want. No more quarters which I hated carrying around!!!

My machine broke down and fixing it sounds like will take awhile. I came to Oasis because of their proximity, and was able to wash all the large items pretty efficiently - For $9 or so. My entire laundry set including my daughters ended up being something like 80 pounds, and while I could have washed , dried and folded, I opted for them to do it. It was $2.39/pound and then $9 to deliver , wasn't cheap but worth it for the great job they did! They delivered just on time and packaged inedibly. And while almost $200 is a lot of $, and a lot can be saved by doing it yourself, convenience is incredible and nobody would have that much at once I think :)... def. Recommend ( and self serve machine are huge so u can probably fit all u need into 1-2 max, so might be able to do your laundry for $20, and save many hours as compared to tiny home ones

    So professional

Clean but Laundry machines are old so the laundry comes out still wet and dryers take about an hour to dry, no exaggeration.

Just an over priced crowded laundry place. Not going back. The one positive thing was there is many food options while you wait.

I was in a rush that day, so it was really helpful to drop off my clothes and pick them up about an hour later. The second time, I did my laundry myself and was glad to see they have tap to pay and credit card swipe. Super convenient. The place is very clean, which I appreciated. If I dropped a piece of clothing, I didn't feel gross about picking it up off the floor. The washers come in different sizes and prices, so I was able to do fewer loads. There are laundromats closer to me, but this one is the cleanest and easiest to use. Only request I have is to update the vending machine to accept tap to pay, please

It was very shocking to me the way she acted. ===================== Recently I visited this laundromat and had a shocking experience. Unintentionally I was late to pick up my laundry from washing due to house chores, arriving about 1.5 hours later than expected. My stuff was put away, which I had no complaint, and there were quite a few washers unoccupied when I was searching my laundry. Then a female employee (gray hair, short stature) began yelling at me aggressively before I could say a word. I was given no chance to explain and was immediately threatened. When I tried to leave to avoid further conflict, she continued yelling and threatened to call 911. When I turned back toward the store, she photographed me and my car -- including my license plate -- without my consent, while calling me "bitch." When I asked her to stop, she called 911 and told police I had touched her. I did not touch her. What struck me most: she was screaming and threatening throughout the incident, but when she was speaking with police, I could hear her laughing -- completely calm and cooperative. The contrast was stark and deeply unsettling. Police came, heard both sides separately, and asked me not to return. The owner also showed up. When I described what happened, he told me he didn't believe I could have said nothing to set her off -- essentially dismissing my account on the spot and siding with his employee without looking at any evidence. No apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. I live nearby and I'm concerned about my safety -- she has photos of me and my license plate. Other customers in the area should be aware. What should have been a simple, routine visit, something that could be explained in a few words, turned into one of the most threatening experiences I've had at any business.

It had gotten heavily soiled and it would not have been able to fit into a regular sized washer. Thank goodness for this place because they do *full service* washing/ drying/ folding. They can clean your garments, blankets and anything else for you. All you need to do is drop off. Our King sized comforter was $26 to clean and the process was so simple. I walked in and went straight to the back to talk to the workers who said they could have it ready for me in 24 hours. Sure, it may have been pricey to do this but for the convenience and someone else taking care of it for you-- why not. As promised, I received a text the next day to come pick up. I came in and the comforter was bagged up, ready for use again. When I opened up the bag and saw that the comforter was pristine, I was impressed. Highly recommend this spot if you want to do full service. Definitely coming back if my washer/ dryer (fingers crossed they don't) break down and I need a place to come do laundry. Like other reviewers said, the place is clean. The bathroom which I had to use was also clean to my standards.

In fact, they actually extended their delivery range to accommodate me which I was grateful for. Their website is very user friendly. There's also plenty of modern perks for booking like automated texts letting you know the status of your order or when your driver will arrive. Your laundry comes back on time folded neatly in a bag on time, if not earlier than anticipated. All in all, couldn't recommend them enough for all your laundry needs.

I like to come here seasonally for bulky items like comforters and sleeping bags. I was grateful to have this place to come to when my washer needed repair. This is a clean, safe laundromat with plenty of parking and no on-site attendant, but several working cameras, free wifi, and a phone number posted on the wall that is very responsive! Once I left a message and to my surprise, received a callback from a real person in under 5 min! The other time the same very helpful person picked up immediately. Yes, the cameras work and are monitored -- the guy helping me knew which machine I was at before I told him. That made me feel safe, though this is a safe neighborhood generally. My credit card has been declined by several machines here, and I can't think of anywhere else my card has been declined. So I was reassured to see other people have had issues and it's not just me. I highly suggest bringing cash just in case. The washer/dryers take either credit cards or quarters, and any bill put in their change machine results in quarters only, no change in bills. So bring a variety of bills, and something to hold lots of quarters in! As of December 2025, the smallest washers are 2x and $4.75 for a cycle (despite the 2x, these seem pretty small to me, smaller than my washer at home, but maybe they can be filled more?). The largest washer is 8x for $12, so a bit of a discount for a BIG load. I think a load takes 25 min regardless of which washer. The 5x dryers are 25 cents per 5 min. Clothes and bedding come out of the washer much dryer than from my machine at home. Washing burns through MANY quarters, but drying is super cheap, and both are fast. I don't think there's anything not to like, except of course having to drag your stuff here and back. Oh, there's no place to sit, but there's lots of tables for folding, and big wheeled carts with a rod for your hangers. I haven't had a problem here they haven't been able to fix (quarters getting stuck in the feed -- they turned the machine on for me remotely :) ), and even the other customers are helpful your very first time using these machines. While I only come on occasion, it's always been clean, and there's always been parking and machines available. I have seen machines marked "out of order," but that reassures me someone's paying attention and customers aren't being routinely surprised by machines that need maintenance. Oh, and there IS a utility sink, just a small one tucked in the back corner, pretty easy to miss. At least, I missed it, bc I got detergent on my hands, failed to notice the sink, and went outside and poured my water bottle over my hands. So yeah -- it's opposite the change and laundry soap machines. Though for a restroom, you'll have to go to another shop -- I highly recommend Clifford's Chicken & Fish in the same strip, a lovely excuse to have their delicious food if you need one!
