Our apartment seldom has a working washer and dryer, so we decided to look for a place close by, and found Oasis Laundries. It's clean and well-organized with a lot of washers and dryers available when we went. You can also purchase detergent and dryer sheets at the front. It was a pretty fast process. We did about 5 loads of laundry and it only took 26 minutes to wash, and an additional 20 minutes to dry. You can wait in the car or go to Homegoods like we did! Overall, highly recommend and would go there again. read more

I have used the full pick up/drop off wash and fold. The service is impeccable, consistent and reasonably priced. Roughly 60 lbs of laundry picked up washed, dried, folded and dropped off for $167. You can't beat that. The clothes are neatly packed, smell good and undamaged. It's a great service. I have gotten the service at least about 10 times and always have the same results. read more

I have used there cleaning services for my bedroom comforter in the past and recently dropped off a very large load of laundry for their wash, dry, fold services. It was basically everything my young teen daughters owns and they said it would be ready the next day. When I went to pick up, they couldn't find our order after searching for over 30-min, I was told our clothes might had been mixed in with other loads and was asked to rifle through 20+ bags of folders completed orders to "try to find" our clothes. Complete disaster. We recovered what we could (maybe 75% at best) and the employee just casually said "sorry." I asked to speak to the manager and she said she didn't have his number, "he just stops by sometimes." Unprofessional and unacceptable. I paid $55 to have our clothes lost. I'm not sure what next steps to take but will never return again and would caution anyone else to use their wash, dry, fold service. read more

Lynn was so patient and calm with me, offering to call as soon as it was in-hand. She reached out within minutes of when she expected the approximate arrival and seemed as happy as I was that I got the item in great condition and in such a timely manner. Came here because my typical laundromat wasn't accepting cards (additionally, the coin machine was broken there so I was bummed). Another customer recommended that I go down the street to Oasis even though it was a bit on the pricier side. There are a heck of a lot more machines here and it feels very spacious. I also liked the location because I can walk around the shopping mall while I wait for the machines (the other place I go to is also in a strip mall, but there really isn't much to do besides sit in my car). My machine broke down and fixing it sounds like will take awhile. I came to Oasis because of their proximity, and was able to wash all the large items pretty efficiently - For $9 or so. My entire laundry set including my daughters ended up being something like 80 pounds, and while I could have washed , dried and folded, I opted for them to do it. It was $2.39/pound and then $9 to deliver , wasn't cheap but worth it for the great job they did! They delivered just on time and packaged inedibly. And while almost $200 is a lot of $, and a lot can be saved by doing it yourself, convenience is incredible and nobody would have that much at once I think :)... def. Recommend ( and self serve machine are huge so u can probably fit all u need into 1-2 max, so might be able to do your laundry for $20, and save many hours as compared to tiny home ones read more

I have never used a wash-and-fold service before, but COVID pretty much forced me into it, as the communal, cold-water, always-broken "laundry" facility at my apartment complex wasn't going to cut it. Oasis have always been professional, courteous, affordable, and VERY fast. I appreciate how communicative they are (when necessary), and love that they have online scheduling, online payment, and no-contact delivery (I also deeply appreciate that their staff wears masks and gloves when they come to the door anyhow - it really shows how conscientious they are). This location has been consistently clean, well maintained, somewhat friendly and has adequate space for folding clothes for many years now. The reviewer tip below was so helpful about the place being hard to find -- enter the Marshall's/Rite Aid shopping center. Facing Rite Aid, turn right, then turn left, and Oasis will be on the left. It did not appear to me as a dump -- it was clean, and at 8:30am on a Saturday, almost deserted. I didn't have to wait for a machine or a cart; the machines and folding tables were also clean. This laundromat is decent and gets the job done--Can't really complain since I already complain about having to drive to do laundry. The place is bigger than your average laundromat and the flip sides are there is ample parking, and is located in a plaza that has Nob Hill, 99 Ranch, Marshalls, and a bagel shop next door. You can browse other shops while waiting for your laundry. No need to be bored to death! Also a plus is that there's always an attendant on site. She's always cleaning the place so it's decently clean even though the machines aren't the newest. They really should sanitize the machines though, I'm not sure how often these public laundromats sanitize and I don't think i want to know! This place also gets SUPER busy on weekend mornings so I would avoid if I were you and go during the non-peak hours. Usually evenings clear up. Laundry can get pretty expensive here but I find that most places, these prices are pretty standard. read more
