First thing I noticed, the beds were not heated. As we laid there cold it took about 5 minutes for the masseuses to come back (they started our 60min massage late). The massage itself for me was ok i think my masseuse was new.... She basically massaged everywhere EXCEPT my back, when i asked her to massage my back she responded 'hot stones' and left the room. When she finally came back a few mins later she put a towel on my back and placed hot stones on top... which i couldn't even feel because the towel. She continued to massage my arms then legs and finally went to my back but massaged it less than 5 mins and told me to turn over. I was very disappointed. She quick massaged the front side and stretched me then that was it there was no hydrating eye mask included as stated (i bought the Groupon) Needless to say we started late and finished early!
