I went in with hip flexor pain that was so bad I couldn't bring my knee to my chest without a sharp pain at the end of the movement. By the end of the massage, I could bring my knee all the way to my chest without the hip flexor pain and my knee pain was gone too! I'm honestly shocked by how much better I felt afterward.
