What this session made me realize was that our bodies are like cars. We get it brand new off the lot, and as time progresses our tires get bald, our alignment gets thrown off, we need recalibration, etc. One thing that he said is that this tension is not new, it's not months old, this tension has accumulated since birth, and that hit so deep! Yes, Deep Tissue Massage can hurt, initially; if you can withstand a few minutes of that minor "pain" you will find that the pain that brought you there has been alleviated. If the "pain" of her skilled treatments are beyond your tolerance - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE This is not for everyone, until you realize the benefit she provides, So Please do not disparage her knowledge and skill with a comment based on ignorance.
