The nail tech I got was vet professional, respectful, no drama, no bad energy and she did best Pedi I got in a long time!! Beautiful shape, even lines, cleaned out the ingrown parts gently, not ripping flesh out like I've had done in other places. Unfortunately the place was high in chemical smell which caused a flare up of my health condition. I was suffering the rest of the day but with a very nice pedicure. Wish I go back.

I have been searching for a nail salon that offers spa like services which I have done for the last…read more8 years. Since I've relocated here I have not been successful. However, I tried Meri last month and was okay with the outcome. So, last Saturday was my second visit. The atmosphere was about the same, greeted and assisted as soon as I enter but as this was the Saturday after the 4th there was a crowd. I was greeted and my appointment was scheduled. I requested Tweet because that's who I had on my first visit and the results were wonderful. As the establishment was busy, the receptionist didn't convey my request for a certain technician and I received my services from Victor. Everything was great until it was time to polish. I opted for regular on this section as I'm trying to determine if consecutive gel polish may be damaging my nail bed. My big toe on both feet was horrible. Now, Victor did do a bad job on the pedicure and all those steps but when he painted my toe nails (big toe only) it was thick and cakey looking. I couldn't get his attention before he was on to the next do another technician assured me she would fix it. She did, but I think I'll just do my own pedicure for a while until I find a location that provides the type of services I'm use to receiving.

I brought it to Kelly, owner attention to which she redid but with a different tip color. Guess what? It chip the same day. Went back again to discuss the quality of the polish is low quality and wish to receive a refund. She gave a partial refund (50%) which I was ok with but I do need them not to be honest with customers on the quality of the gel paint. Not sure if it's diluted with water or outdated.

Like WOW the details! They will also offer you a drink and snack while you're being serviced. If you like crazy designs like myself, Eric will make sure it's perfect every time! I'm a bit of a germaphobe and I've never once felt uncomfortable. It's incredibly clean and tidy and they always have some good music playing. This place has extremely personable people, great quality work, and the prices are pretty competitive! They offer student discount so keep that in mind too! I typically get Gel X which a lot of places are just now beginning to do. Also when they do your natural nails they will always do a rubber base w/ your gel manis and mine are currently going strong for 3 weeks with no chips. Y'all know that is unheard of! Shellac manicure then ended up $20, but I felt she rushed through the entire thing. Cut down my nails as asked but shape is a little irregular, nails are different lengths. The nail file she used looked well used which made me wonder about the other instruments (& whether they were actually sterilized). Polish looks fine but she left bits on my fingers which she didn't completely get off. Ended the manicure with a hand massage and warm towel which lasted about 60 seconds. Not what I remembered from previously going but would rather spend more for a high quality service.
