So many choices for pedicures, nails, an a abundance of colors and designs

I've been here several times but it's not my preference. The lady that greets (seems to be the owner or manager) is robotic. She asks what you nee, offers additional services but forgets to offer a drink. The same for the man who's always there. This has happened each of the 5 or so times I've visited. I feel like one of them is counting hovering and counting what is being spent but completely forgets to offer a beverage. Then when I ask for one 15 minutes into my service; she's sorry she forgot. These fancy shops charge more and I prefer to pay their price but I want the advertised service. I come for a service and a drink!!!!! I would come regularly if I didn't feel like I was asking for privileges when I asked for a drink. The nail technicians are great. read more

I am not one to leave a review but my service here was so terrible, my 19 yo ass made a yelp account. I only came here bc I was in the area and they had the best reviews and they had 15% off, which as i'm typing this I realize I did not receive. I will never come back here again. The staff were so incredibly rude, and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. I asked for a standard manicure and pedicure with regular nail polish. The lady that did my pedicure was so rude and dismissive of me from the moment I sat down. For the massage portion of the pedicure she put cuticle oil on my legs...interesting choice My toenails looked my 4 year old niece painted them... for the second coat of nail polish she just decided half of my toenail would suffice. My toe skin is rubbed raw and she damn near gave me third degree burns from the water and towel she put on me. To add to all of this Ms.Girl mocked me under her breath multiple times and MIND YOU I was nothing but nice to her the whole time. The manager was also rude asf but that's a whole other story. Absolute waste of $75 bruh, I will never step foot in here again. I recommend Milano on Grant and Spring Cypress for a better experience. read more

I had great experience here. Services were a little pricey but after leaving I felt everything was worth it. I had a manicure and pedicure and the nail techs really took their time and didn't make you feel like they're just trying to rush like many nail salons do. The first few times I can hear-amazing service!!! The last two times, horrible. The owner or lady that is always at the front has become more and more unpleasant. She doesn't acknowledge you when you walk in and just tells you to have a seat when she finally does. They don't offer you anything to drink unless you ask although there is a full operating area full of glasses. One day, I sat for 30 mins before getting served. They have so many stations but not enough workers clearly. This place has so much potential but I'm afraid they need some education on customer service. read more

I stopped by this shop because they just opened and I noticed they were running a special. The staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in until when I left to go home. Shannon assisted me with picking my color out as they have a wide variety. She also suggested what service I needed based off my concerns of my nails. The ambiance was very relaxing, and the presentation of what was going to be used for my service was unique. I never experienced a pedicure that they used flowers, lemons and limes to exfoliate the skin. Shannon's conversation and the passion I see her display when it comes to customer satisfaction sold me to make this my new nail salon. read more

I been going to this nail shop for the past 3yrs but there's never no consistency with their nail techs! Stacy had been my nail tech for the past three months. She was amazing but the nail tech I just recently had did a terrible job on my nails! First she didn't shape them properly! Secondly she cleaned my cuticles but didn't remove them properly! My cuticles were stuck to my acrylic nails as they were popping off! Cause them to bleed drastically! Some of my nails actually started lifting and turning yellow! I won't be spending my money here anymore! After asking for Stacy multiple times and being told she was on vacation! I just found out today she no longer works there which is the same thing they said about my previous nail tech Jay! Now there are others in the shop that does good work but due to the lack of consistency in services I will no longer be returning! Cleanliness has gone down the drain! Beautiful lounge with lots of care for customers! The nail techs are really kind and there are a lot of amenities available. Refreshments are offered and the interior is really beautiful! When you get a pedi the chairs you go on gives you a massage so that was really cool. read more

So I've never rated a business before...but this one deserves a rating! I found this place on Yelp and thought I would try it out. To start off, I came with a design picked out already! I would love to give them 5 stars, but there were a few things that I noticed. First, their Iced Coffee is AMAZING!! I instantly fell in love. Secondly, they are pricier but their service is so good, so I 100% understand because that shows how hard they work to make sure you are satisfied. The lady who did my pedicure was super sweet and the lady doing my manicure was very observant and was being very detailed, however, the one thing I noticed was that she was a little rough with my nails but she did a great job! I've come here a few times and I've never had an issue until this last time. The male doing my shellac manicure kept messing up. I had to ask him to file my nails the same shape as he had then all different lengths and shapes. Then he hardly touched my cuticles when trimming. He also, did not apply the shellac correct. He left streaks so I had to ask him to redo. He redid them and they looked okay, definitely not worth the cost of the service. Literally the next day my shellac started to chip. The pedicure was ok, for the cost I expect them to take their time and not rush. Not sure if I will go back, location is convenient but the cost does not reflect the services they are providing. read more
