I had Kim for my pedicure service and she did absolutely amazing job! She took her time and real pay attention to the details. She warmed the scrub and lotion so it won't be cold when she applied. It is a smaller salon, but they are very kind and sweet.

I was too sleepy so I didn't get up to get here until 5:15pm on Sunday! They close at 6pm and after a bad experience somewhere else, I was almost reluctant to enter. What a PLEASANT surprise! I was greeted warmly even though it was packed! These ladies were working honey! Kathy was AMAZING! She polished my toes, listened to what I wanted, made sure I had something to drink and was just KIND. She was very nice and my nails are EVERYTHING! I'll absolutely be back!

I decided one afternoon recently it was about time I got my nails done. I have had this style done before at another salon, who did a completely different technique and the other salon did a much, much better job than they did here. I decided on this place because they're open super, duper late, which is accommodating to my schedule. There were a million nail techs there and a ton of customers, so I was seated immediately. I told the gal at the front desk I only needed a manicure, but they tried to finesse me into a pedicure chair - when I clarified, they tried to upsell me on a pedicure. I didn't need nor want one. I showed my nail tech a reference photo of what I wanted, including the nails I had done before. She gave some resistance to the length I wanted, but got to work. At first, she seemed patient and focused, but when she finally spoke to me she told me that this technique is very difficult and requires a lot of patience. Other nail techs would pass by and make comments about my nails. When I asked my tech what they were saying, she said they were commenting on how challenging a nude to black ombré is. This made me feel guilty for asking for this style. I can't remember the tech's name, but I wanna say it was Gigi or something like that. Once all was done, they tried to sell me on a pedicure again, to which I declined. Ultimately, I'm not happy with these nails for many reasons. Instead of a smooth ombré, I got an emo candy corn look - nude to grey to black, not a smooth transition at all. A nail popped off about 6 days later and several of my nails felt painful. I ended up just ripping them off. The place is clean, bright, with several televisions to space out to. They have all sorts of drinks, though I did see someone make a face at their margarita. I didn't get anything, nor do I think I would at a nail salon. I give this place a bonus star because of their hours and availability, but I don't think I'll be back.

I don't know why I haven't been here before! I've lived in the area for almost 7 years. Our upcoming schedule is packed & I only had time to squeeze in a nail appointment today during a lunch break because #wfh perks. I went knowing I needed a quick drive to & from. There wasn't a wait, they made it easy on me by me getting to write what I want which was nice to avoid any mishaps in communication, it never felt rushed and my nails/toes came out so nice! I am a short nail girl due for job reasons & breaking a nail huuuurts! Shoutout to the girls who can do it because I don't have it in me LOL. The Halloween nail design came out super cute. The nail tech & I shared a giggle after the first set of eyes she did. I was only away for an hour which was perfect & makes me want to come back due to the excellent service & distance!

Highly highly recommend I had June on my critters aka toes and Cathy on my nails at once I arrived at 6:30 they don't close until 9:30!!! Golden hours for people that work during the week. I showed up to another nail salon an hour before they closed and was turned away TERRIBLE. This placed rocked and prices weren't bad it was $85 for everything and I left a nice tip. Thank you guys for everything!!! I'll definitely be back.

I had not visited this shop in a while since my favorite lady stopped working there. However, I visited Oasis last night and now I wish I had not!!! I walked in maybe 6:45ish, was greeted, and asked what service I would like. I stated a pedicure and was walked to the chair. A lady began running the water, sat down and was ready to work. She didn't introduce herself so I asked her name and she said Amy. Amy began working on my left foot and then I felt a pinch on the toe next to the pinky toe. As I was about to ask her if she cut my toe, I hear her say, "Ohhhh". I knew then it was what I thought. I said, "Did you cut my toe?" She didn't reply and started to dab my toe with cotton. I look at my toe and now it is really bleeding, so much so the customer next to me said, "Ohhhh its bleeding, bleeding!!" I was upset but what made it worse was Amy proceeded with my next toe as if nothing happened. No apology, NOTHING!!! I immediately stopped the manager and said, "My toe is bleeding because she cut me!!" The manager looks and says, "Ohhhhh nooo!!" She says something to Amy in their native language and she walks to the back with Amy following. The manager returns with what appeared to be green antiseptic and as she is prepared to pour it on my toe she says, "It may sting a little!!" Still nothing from Amy as she stands watching. The manager cleans my toe, apologizes and Amy goes to sit down to continue the pedicure. Ummmm ... NO MAAM!!!! I let the manager know I wanted someone else because she is rough and she never apologized. The manager asked Nancy to come and finish. Well now Nancy is way too cautious. While I appreciate her being careful, I had to tell her that she can work like normal but I just didn't want to be cut. Nevertheless, Nancy finishes. Definitely not the quality of a pedicure that I like or desire. To top it off, as I am paying, not only did they charge the full price (which includes an additional $1.75 or $1.85 when paying with a card) but had the nerve to ask if I wanted to give a tip. The nerves!!! Yes, I have a tip - train Amy on providing better customer service (including apologies), offer compensation (it didn't have to be free because I came to pay for a service but a gesture of $ off) and definitely don't dare suggest a tip ever, especially when a customer has been cut!!) As Nancy finished the pedicure, she said, "See you next time!!" NO MAAM NANCY!! THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN!!!

$45 dollar pedi (no shellac) I'm ok with but $50 overlay is a little overpriced, in my opinion

not the same color at all. No polish on my fingers. My hands are suppose to be the color of my toes????

Always love my nails every time I go in. The only thing this time for my appointment Yesterday. I asked for 1 coat funny bunny Opi and 1 coat bubble bath opi with white chrome. The lady that did my toes followed what I asked for and did the color of my toes beautiful. However the lady that did my hand did not do anything I asked for she did not even do polish on my fingers or the color I wanted. she decided for me that she was going to just do a pinky powder and chrome! No polish at all on my fingers which does not give the color I wanted or asked for I guess she was in a hurry and did it the faster route this was at 7 pm Then tells me it's better. I just wanted her to do what I asked for. 167 dollars for nails I didn't ask for that color I told her the exact polish I wanted and she did what she wanted for a faster process I wanted my nails to be the exact color of my toes I don't see what was so hard to do just wat i asked for. She also seemed like she was in a huge hurry and trying to speed through it all. Very disappointed. I always go here and always loved my nails. Never had a bad experience here until now. Very upsetting to spend that much money on nails and not get what you asked for at all. Very upsetting don't know if I will be returning after this.

First time going to this salon and had a great experience! Went in as a walk-in around 5:00pm and got set up with Lily. I had a full-set with design. Added up to $80, which is a great price for what I got done! Environment was very nice and the chairs were comfortable, they had a drink menu as well. Lily did amazing with my set! She had me out after an hour. They were so quick and I could tell she put a lot of effort into it! Hillary helped out drawing my ring finger design. They were both really sweet. Perfect nails for Valentines. Definitely would come again and recommended to my friends. Thank you ladies!

Great service, I don't have much experience with nail salons but I will make this a bi-weekly habit for myself. The technician took great car of me, and was very thorough with what she was doing. The drinks were mid, and felt like had I drank them faster, I definitely was going to catch that headache in the AM. The best part about this place is that they are open late. They close at 9:30 PM which is great for those with a busy schedule.

It was my first time at Oasis, and definitely my last. The total price for a plain full set of acrylic nails was $55.75, which isn't bad at all, but for the work I received? Definitely not worth it. The nail salon was the closest with no wait time, so I decided to give them a try. Both my left middle finger, and index finger now look crooked because the nails are crooked. The nail polish that the nail technician put over the acrylic nail was messy, and lazily applied. The nail polish towards the bottom of my nails look terrible because she didn't clean it off. She also didn't apply nail polish to the sides on some of the nails. I didn't trust them to correct the mistake either as I made various comments about the shape of the nail and I still ended up with crooked nails, and a messy nail polish overlay. I'm extremely displeased with their service, and I do not recommend that anyone comes here. read more

Oh this going to be my new nail spot ! My husband and I wanted to pamper ourselves since we've been stuck in the house for months. We were kindly greeted and service started immediately. We were offered drinks ( a little strong it was good ) place was spotless! Items were sterile cams right from a bag. It was very relaxing and they did my nails just how I wanted them. read more

We got sat down together, they do bring you a color book and ask what you would like to drink. They have many choices when it comes to pedicures and also drinks! In June A family member went here and showed pictures of her nails and experience it looked nice so I tried it! Glad I did!! They customer service was the best ever, drinks are free. They matched the picture that I liked of the nails. The pedicure was expensive but nice. There do have menus with many options so you can choose less expensive experiences. If you consider what you'd pay for drinks at the bar, it's definitely worth it! I'll be back as soon as I can! read more

Me and my sister drove across town, since they were the only place open late. Definitely worth the 35 minute drive. They stayed open a few minutes past closing to get us all finished up, my first time doing almond and i absolutely loved them for my birthday nails! Definitely recommend!! read more

I've been here multiple times before but this experience was the worse by far. Wait was quick & got into a seat quickly but once the nail tech found out I only wanted a pedicure she would constantly ask me if I wanted other services. Once she finally understood that I didn't want to add on to my pedicure she started to half do my pedicure & roll her eyes. She didn't give the massages included in the package, barely massaged my legs, never dried my feet before putting it in the bag of wax. My pedicure lasted all of 20 min. & I've taken at least 40 min. on my other occasions. Then when it came time to pay she stood so close that she almost stepped on me. I will never be coming back to the salon & that nail tech should never be this rude to another customer again. read more

I am very well pleased every time that I come to this establishment my nail technician is Linh and my pedicurist is Tammy if you want the job done and done correctly and leave out the salon satisfied use those two ladies. I'm just picky and peculiar about whom does my nails. There are other technicians in there, but those are the two I choose the hospitality is amazing and the drinks are nice, try them for yourself you won't be disappoint and last but not least when I've had an issue management did what was needed to be done and I appreciate that so if you want an awesome service come to the Oasis Nails lounge you won't be disappointed. read more

Their price is pretty high compasred with their terrible service. Me and my wife went there first time not happy but we did try to give them another chance. But my wife nails was chipped a day after. We came back to ask them fix but we got charged with rude attitude. Never come back again. Dont waste your valued money on bad service read more

This place use to be my go to place for nail service but I will not step foot in there anymore. They emailed me a voucher for my upcoming birthday so when I went to redeem it they were nasty and very disrespectful in letting me know they would not honor it ok I can understand it but it was your delivery that pissed me off, I will never patronize a place who has no respect for their customers especially a loyal one read more

I came in today for a pedicure and June was my beautician. She did a fantastic job making sure I was relaxed and offered drinks, went over the suggestions til we found what I wanted!!! She was extremely thorough and made sure I was happy with what I needed done! I highly recommend her and this salon!!! Great customer service!!! read more

Beware don't go!!!!!! I told the lash lady I wanted a cat eye natural....she put these king ghetto stiff and am hard lashes on me and she burned me with the glue twice I pulled them off soon as I got home and ripped 50 percent of my real lashes off and she charged me $90 They were HORRIBLE The lady who did my nails was trying to get over on me Lied and tried to get extra pay, like lady it's not that serious. Find another job my nails were so short and she was mad cause I told her I wanted them short then she told the cashier to charge me for coffin and 50 for length...when really I never asked her for coffin and the lady told me already it would be 40,..dad they are robbing us her name is LEE Then they offered me another drink and the cashier told me this isn't a BAR..I will never come back there are way better that won't ROB you..,,,, read more

Wont never again come to this place I'm not the type of person to go add a review but this place was the worst place I ever been to in my life . i waited more then 20 minutes I understand it because it was really busy it was 1 hour for them to close . it was a man who took care of me his the only man in the shop I believe I came in because one of my nails broke and I couldn't wait to the next day my finger was in so much pain , i look for a nail shop and seen this place closed at 9:30 which I thought it was amazing because I get off work really late and I couldn't wait for the next day. he was not gentle after I told him it really hurt he didn't care, and he keep taking off the nail after I was telling him that it hurts to be gentle finally was able to take off the nail I already had chosen the color I want it. But before I showed him a picture. He said I couldn't get that done. I had to remo my nail which I didn't understand it why because my nails are pretty long so I was like okay I told him I get number 72 he said that's not shellac that's powder I'm like OK that's what I want he told me no that I had to choose from another said so at this point I'm the customer I choose what I want because I'm the one paying I didn't like his service so I told him just leave it like this he only removed the nail and color I had , he charge me $10 I was like OK pay him walk out the service was terrible definitely won't visit this place ever again read more

I rarely, if ever post reviews, but my nails are something I take pride in. The manicure itself was okay, but the lady that did it needs to refresh her polishing skills. I got a gel manicure and you can see the stroke marks and uneven surfaces on my nails. Will not go back read more

For the last year I've been coming to Ms Shannon and her techs!! And I've always walked in and felt at home! My pedis are always great and never rushed.. they ask if they are hurting me. But they never hurt me! And my nails are always so freaking gorgeous!! And natural looking!! My daughter got hers done for first time and they look cute.. I felted a little cheated in the green tea pedicure it was over in about 15 mins. I got it done at the same time as two other people /same massage/ but I still waited about 30 mins longer for them to get done. Felt a little cheated for sure. The other thing I did not like about this place is the manicure does not come with polish. So I had to pay $12 for just the polish and my fingers still look terrible. This is the first nail salon I've been to that has an add on charge for nail polish after a manicure for it should be included. Plus side was there are plenty of people working and one complimentary drink that actually tasted great with a notable amount alcohol. I might come back if I ever get fake nails but I wish the manicure was worth it. read more

The management and staff here are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The salon is new and is nice even though there are small parts that are still under construction. They also have a wide variety of beverage options - even a "Detox water" that I really enjoy. Pedicures are nicer and more thorough that others I've had (slightly more expensive though). Waxing and full set we're about the same pricing as other places. Overall I really like it and plan to keep coming back! read more

I just moved to the area about five months ago and finally decided to get my nails done for the first time since COVID became a thing. My birthday in February and I wanted something unique for photos I was taking. I looked up oasis nail lounge and they did an amazing job on my nails. The staff and facilities were COVID compliant. They all were very nice and attentive. You even get a free drink . Very glad that I found my new nail spot! read more

Avoid!!! I got my nails done on Friday to match my daughters birthday party theme. The very next day AT THE PARTY one nail popped off from the nail bed area and one of the guests asked me if I had on press on nails. How embarrassing!!! The following day (Sunday) another one of the nails started to lift up. I went today and she could tell that they were poorly done so she took them off and started over. I was not expecting to waste another hour and a half at the salon. I wanted it right the first time. Don't let the alcoholic beverages, nice conversation, and cute decor fool you...45 is the most I've ever paid for a full set with polish (not even shellac) and this was by far the poorest quality nail job I've ever gotten. They didn't even offer anything for the inconvenience and embarrassment. NEVER AGAIN! Also, while I was there a lady told the guy doing her nails exactly what she wanted and showed a picture . She got upset because he did not do what she wanted and asked for another person to do her nails because he then had an attitude with her when he had to start over. read more

Nicole is the esthetician who runs her business inside of the Reserve Salon & Spa, which is what you will find when you pull up the address in google maps. This business is within the Towne Lake Shopping center square and Cypress Wax Spa is located on the second floor in Room # 4. There is a very friendly receptionist when you enter from the 2nd floor, and numbers are posted outside of the Rooms/Suites. I was 10 minutes late because it was a bit unclear where the actual spa was located , but it was not a stressful experience because everyone was so friendly and helpful. Anyway, the entire experience was better than I actually anticipated. Nicole's station is immaculate, organized, and clean, and she is clearly well educated in her field, utilizing first class products. It was the most painless experience I've ever had, and she employs a plethora of organic and natural oils throughout the entire process. For my wax she did a quick refresh over my bikini area using jasmine cleansers and lavender oils, and then she communicated ingredients in what she was using when as she applied the product. She used both soft and hard wax, and walked me through her process every step of the way. What I really appreciated was her telling me when I would expect a more intense sensation during the waxing and when to breathe out since it had been a while due to being traumatized a few months back. She was consistently gentle in her approach and skill. Her communication skills were excellent. She did upsell me during my wax, but her pricing is extremely reasonable and the results are amazing. I can't tell you how much of a difference it makes when your esthetician is well versed in her craft and takes true pleasure in educating her clientele during the process. I was in the hands of a true professional, and I even went in for letting her use a high-frequency tool post waxing to reduce the breakout in a few spots caused by an ingrown hairs. Bottom line: Nicole knows what she's doing. She is a highly emotionally intelligent professional, she reads her customers body language ,and is not there to herd people in and out. She is fully focused on you from start to finish, and I will be returning soon.
