I didn't have an appointment, but I was able to get in right away. Dona did a great job. She was friendly and precise. The chairs are comfortable and the massage control is longer than other chairs. I didn't have to keep resetting it, which is a plus. The foot area has a riser bar that flips up to hold your ankles while they scrub your feet. Very comfortable as opposed to the nail technician holding your leg up while scrubbing. Dona also did my waxing. She uses tweezers after the waxing. That's important to me because some aestheticians do not. There's no way the wax can get it all, so tweezers after are important to get the tiny hair left behind. $53 (not including tip) for a pedicure, eyebrow wax and lip wax. I have had a love hate relationship with JoJo Nails which has motivated me to walk away. I absolutely LOVE Lynn! She does an amazing job with her manicures, she is very detailed oriented and has a great memory. But the products the salon is now using are less than desirable. Additionally, more often than not, even with an appointment I have to wait for her (upwards of 30 minutes) for her to finish with another client. (I would like to clarify that I usually make my appointments the day before to several days before). There really should be no need to wait as my time is valuable as well. The pedicures I have had more often than not leave me wanting more. There really is not much difference between the regular and the deluxe, except the increased cost. The amount of time they spend massages is not defined, and is usually less than 5 minutes. The biggest factor motivating me to search for a new salon is my last pedicure hasn't even lasted a week! I can see jagged edges they didn't file, cuticles that were not trimmed and the cheap polish is chipped. To add insult to injury- they no longer have the reward cards to entice clients to return. Lastly, I was told their prices were going to be raised soon because of "inflation." They raised their prices after COVID, and now raising their prices again. I just cannot justify paying over $100.00 for substandard service. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE! Their nails are decent at best but the primary eyebrow lady wax's THIN and over plucks! Neither manager or technician acknowledged how unhappy I was. Manager did not even look at me after asking to speak to her, IN FRONT of her. Ruined months of letting them grow out in hopes of regaining thickness and it was all ruined in a matter of 10 minutes. When I expressed I was upset the eyebrow lady just kept telling me "NO" as if she had final say so. I paid and walked out because at that point my opinion didn't matter. The workers are very nice and patient and did not make me feel I was being rushed. I've been assisted by Holly and Hanna, who have done a lovely job on my nails. Most techs I've gone too get annoyed if I ask for it short, but Lynn totally worked with me on this. She made it perfect so it wasn't too long, but long enough to still enjoy the "coffin" look/effect. Will definitely be coming back as my original guy is too far and not as nice. I just had a pedicure and Sns (dipped gel manicure). I called ahead of time and the employees had my pedicure chair ready by the time I got there. The pedicure was very nice and relaxing and was done so great! Lina did my sns nails and she was very through and did an excellent job! Being the first time for me to ever get dipped nails, I was fascinated by it. No more heat damage from regular nails drying or shellac! Attached is a picture of my dipped nails. I've been going to Jojo's for awhile and always get the best service. Michelle does my nails and Kim gives me my pedicure and I've never left there without being extremely satisfied. They do great work and don't clip my cuticles too close like some places I've been to where my cuticles were sore for a week. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication at this nail salon. When I entered Hanna (seated near the front) asked me what service I needed. I asked for a refill (dipped powder) and a pedicure. I was instructed to select my color. Kim did my pedicure...she's great! Once I finished with my feet, Michelle began the refill. When you get dipped powder, they're always supposed to remove the previous color/powder in order to apply the new color/powder. At no time was I been told because you came in with a dark color then and we need to take it off, it's considered a new set. That's ridiculous and I would've politely declined. It wasn't until I finished and was ready to pay was informed of this information. At this point it's too late. You've already overcharged me and expect me to pay. Now you want to explain what you should've communicated in the beginning. read more

I started to coming to this place when they first opened when it was new and did not have very many customers. Been coming for years and started to notice the customer service and quality go down. I had asked for a toe design, it was horrible. I was not happy. She was upset with me but I am not paying for something I do not like . SORRY. She was like I am taking extra time, well if you did it pretty the first time you wouldn't have to take extra time. She is also who does the eyebrows and waxing and she is so rough. Updating my review. Not happy at all. My toe is swollen and tender 3 days after getting a pedicure. They tried to downplay it. It's not them with an infected toe. Original review. Make sure you don't get the quiet girl. My big toe is hurting because she cut too much while cleaning my cuticle. Open cut as every ptime acetone or alcohol was applied, it would burn. She went through the motions of applying mask and lotions and it didn't feel like she knew that there was supposed to be a massage along with it. The girl in charge seemed more pleasant and approachable, and knowledgable, but as this was my first time, I didn't know better. Prices are reasonable. read more

I'm tired of my shellac nails not making it passed 1 week so I was referred to Jojo. I was in a chair in no time on a Saturday. The experience was typical..choose your type of pedicure..do you want anything to drink. It was comfortable I'll have to revisit my review once we make it 1 week out. The pedicure was good I just wish my nail tech for my feet had alittle bit more passion about the massage! Overall good experience. Went in to get a pedicure and technician was rude. Place had a horrible smell. Technician was more concern about what her coworkers were doing then my pedicure. She kept aggressively pushing my leg away when she wanted to do the other. I started inspecting her work because of the service she was giving me and saw that she would not do the same work on the other I would have to remind her. I went here for a full set and my nails were done by Hannah. I was not impressed at all, the nails turned out okay but at one point Hannah stopped doing my nails because she realized she had a hang nail, pulled out some clippers and clipped it. This on its own I found a little unprofessional but forgivable, however the nail clipping flew towards me as she clipped it and I didn't get so much as a sorry from her! She also didn't sanitize the clippers she used before putting them back inside the drawer she got them from. Left a very bad impression on me, I definitely won't be returning and I'll make sure to let my friends know to get their nails done elsewhere. read more

I wish I could give no stars. This is my second time going here. The first time was an ok experience. I liked my nails overall, I did have to touch them up with a file but that's normal for me. The second time the ladies were not welcoming nor friendly. Nancy was very rough with my nails. And my acrylic broke off of one of them the same day. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I will never go here again. I went here with my mother to have a girls day. When I finally get seated after 30mins on a non busy early afternoon on a weekday. I get seated and the nail tech has a horrible attitude. Im asking her a question repeatedly and ignores me to talk to her other co-workers. (Her excuse is that her co-worker didn't speak English and she needed help.) When I tell her I do not want to have any services done with them they all get offended. I pay for mother's mani and pedi and proceed to leave. A Hour goes by and I come back to deliver my mother food. Multiple nail techs ask me if I want my nails done. I squeak a yes do to the fact my nails needed to be done badly. I get the marble chrome on my hands and I noticed the polish is warped and the marble finish is more like clouds. I got a pedicure as well and my toenail was cut incorrectly and painted over. I ask her to redo my nails and she stares at me angry then proceeds to speak vietnamese EXTREMELY LOUD to her co-workers. I then tell never mind and walk away to the counter to pay. At this point im in a rage. The lady then decides to ask for a tip over and over. ARE YOU SERIOUSLY ASKING FOR A TIP? I let her know bluntly she will not be receiving a tip. I will be reporting this buisness to the BBB and also see if someone can inspect if they actually clean their equipment. This is my second time here. A hidden gem it's fairly new and currently still has a huge 20% off sign in the front. Prices are fair and has a nice collection of colors and they're very clean which is most important to me. The owner is very friendly and always offers customers a complimentary drink.
