What I wanted verse what I got!!! What makes this experience worst is that I sent them the picture the day before asking if they could do what was in the picture and they said they could . WHY DID MY NAILS COME OUT LOOKING LUKE THAT THEN! The tech also scrubbed the skin on my foot, made me bleed, I said something to him when he did it, and he said nothing! I'm a regular at Queen Nails & spa! I have been going their for over a year! I always go to tiffany for my nails (dip) and a pedicure i get with any of staff. Tiffany always does an amazing job on my nails! She is sweet, and able to do any design you ask for! Tiffany offers different services for your nails like acrlyic as well. When i get pedicures they always come out awesome no matter who does them. They have a couple different pedicure options to choose from with different pricing. I always get the $45 pedicure which includes multipe scrubs/lotions. Its very relaxing to get a pedicure here! I think there prices are great, the staff is always friendly! TERRIBLE SERVICE! Both techs drilled so roughly that both my thumbs and the skin around my toes began to bleed. THEY WILL BUFF OVER YOUR BLOODY THUMBS and try to upcharge you over $100 for the shittiest design! Do not waste your time or hard earned money. I went in at 10:15am for a French pedi and a short full set. I did not leave until 1:00pm! The older gentleman who did my French pedi quoted me $55 then later pursued me to get all acrylic on my toes for $80 to enhance the desired french look I wanted (not including a scrub or foot massage, just the acrylic toes and polish). I sat for over an hour while the older gentleman continued filing and drilling (which dug into my skin causing me to bleed before the older gentleman quickly wiped it off before I can express pain). He was fully aware of the drill cutting me for over an hour but continued to do it anyways. His knees hit the 'On' button for the water which over flowed onto the ground and completely drenched my sandals. At that point I was ready to leave. By 11:45am he finally began to paint the French design but I noticed they were just straight lines across. This looked like something a 4 year old could've done but ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH $80. Once I showed the older gentleman the picture of my desired look again, he laughed and said "that will be $25 extra"! What a joke!! Can you imagine just an overlay and sloppy work for $105?!? I took a deep breath and asked him to simply paint them white and I'll be on my way. He said "No, wait. Let me show you French" In my mind, I'd like to know if French isn't what I initially asked for or if this was a sick joke to waste my entire morning? I kindly declined the offer which he ignored and showed me a very nice French design on one of my toes. If you're showing me that you can ACTUALLY do the design, why give me this horrible one in hopes to upsell and over charge me? For years I've gone to more professional nail techs who ALWAYS gave better service than this. Unfortunately i was in the area and wanted to give Queen Nails a try. NEVER again. I contemplated not doing my full set anymore. Once another nail tech approached me to sit at his desk, I felt a bit more comfortable that it would not be the same older gentleman. Unfortunately even the younger nail tech drilled so roughly that BOTH my thumbs began to bleed. He blamed it on my "sensitive skin" then continued to BUFF OVER MY BLOODY THUMBS and put the buffer back in his cart to reuse. Very UNSANITARY!!!! I asked if he can do a French set since my toes are now white. He said "yes of course" and hour passed and the younger nail tech indeed could NOT do it. I left with a short set with NO DESIGN! Both my nails and toes were extremely plain and I was still charged over $100. Worst service I've ever received and I hope this reaches someone looking for an honest review. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! read more

Wow. Where so I start. This place is clean and they customer service is wonderful but the quality of work is very poor. The male nail tech is extremely rough. He injured two of my toes (one bled) and 3 of my fingers. I literally had to aggressively tell him please too cutting me. He kept apologizing but kept doing it. He finally stop after my final plea with him. I guess he could see he was really hurting me. In addition, it took 3 hours for a basic pedi and dip powder change. Way too long for a Monday. Also, this is the worst French dip nails I've ever received. The white tip crooked and he painted over the ones that were too sloppy so I have some nails with an off white tip and some with a pure white tip. Plus this place is not cheap. read more

I tried this place for the first time yesterday and had a horrid experience from beginning to end. The man who did my pedicure injured my foot by scrubbing too hard on soft tissue. This morning my foot is still bleeding. When I called to make the appointment I specified bio gel for my fingernails. I was quoted a price, but after the manicure was started the operator began applying powder gel. When I stopped him he said that the price would be higher for bio gel. They didn't offer to honour their quote so I opted for the powder gel. I couldn't relax, since he was getting everything wrong. I had to tell him multiple times to shape my nails a certain way and he ended up shortening them several times because the edges were crooked. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I am left with messy nails that I am trying to tidy up myself. The worst part is that nobody offered an apology. Never again! read more

Today was my first time coming to the salon. I came based on the reviews I saw online. Once I walked in I was greeted by everyone with a smile and they were very quick to attend me and professional. Immediately what caught my eye was the wide variety of colors they carried in nexgen and polish! I came in for a pedicure and decided to try the VIP pedicure (the hot stone massage was amazing and definitely worth the extra money). I also got nexgen nails done by Mia. She did an amazing job!!! I was very indecisive as to how to do them and she was patient and showed me some nails she had done prior so it helped and showed me she wanted to make sure I left a happy customer.
