I came in to have my gel nail polish removed and decided last minute to also get a pedicure. Chris did such a nice job on my pedicure. And if I'm being honest my favorite part of a pedicure is the massage and he did so awesome I felt so relaxed. He did it with with care and pressure and I truly couldn't appreciate it it more! first i will say the man who did my pedicure gave me the best leg massage ! That said, i have never spent that much on a regular pedicure ! no one speaks good English no very difficult to get an answer to my questions... they were very pushy trying to upgrade the pedi and add a manicure.. when my husband insisted he only wanted the classic pedicure. The woman seemed very angry and annoyed and did a minimal pedicure on him. for me, I upgraded to the special pedicure and was told it was going to be 10% but they charged me 15 extra dollars for the dry gel the most I have ever paid for that upgrade is seven dollars so it wound up costing me $70 and my husband and side-by-side and we couldn't tell any difference between my pedicure and his... Although I will say the man who massage my legs did an excellent job. i will not go back! read more

I decided to go in for a single acrylic nail repair and a polish change. First the receptionist didn't want to do her job & told me to ask the lady in charge if she would do my nail repair as a last minute request then I was told " we don't do regular polish" who are you to decide what a client chooses??!! after that I was told ok we do your nail but it is $10 for the nail repair & $30 for polish change. Are you out of your minds??? Who is running this operation?!!! This place is ripping locals off regardless if we have the $$$ to spend but not only us the tourists who are visiting & don't know!!! This is extremely horrible and this place needs to get a GRIP! read more

I chose to gave this place a try after 2 years because I figured that the service there would improve, not only did it get worse the prices are outrageous for the terrible quality. $87 for a regular pedicure and dip nail polish. When filing my nails down I said "ow" and "it burns" but that didn't matter she kept going, not caring I was in pain. After the dip was done she put gel coat and told me to go dry them, walked back over and said "they should be dry" I was told to go wash my hands, they were not dry. All of my nails got messed up and had to be redone. In the process they cut two of my fingers trying to fix it and used gel polish over the dip so they didn't have to fully redo them. I am so disappointed and urge you all to think twice before going here. If I could give zero stars I would . read more

We finally decided to give this place another try after the worst pedicure experience I've ever had at this place. We hoped it was just a badly trained employee but it was clear today that the problem comes from the owner and her ability to train and organize her business. The owner CANNOT take responsibility for her mistakes. I asked for matching nail and toe colors today and the colors were COMPLETELY different. When I spoke up for myself the owner was extremely unprofessional and rude. At first she blamed me for the colors being wrong when she switched my toenail color and told me she could give me the color that actually matched. After, she blamed the company she buys the colors from and said that's why they don't match. Then she finished with blaming us for being unhappy customers. A waste of 2 hours of my time and $160. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE. The owner needs to learn how to take responsibility for her mistakes. You can't run a business with a lack of accountability and emotional intelligence. She said she didn't want to argue with us as she proceeded to yell at us while we walked out. She picked the color and kept lying saying she didn't. The dishonesty is ridiculous. read more

Stay away! The girl filed my nail so much I got an infection. Had to go to urgent care. Dr said he has seen this before. I went back and told and showed them, ( in August) She apologize and felt horrible. I had a family wedding every one around me was booked so I went back, The owner rose told her not to admit to it ( I recorded her) conversation and had it translated. She told me that I BUMPED my mail and that's what happened. Till this day my nail still hurts and is lifted. Probably will lose it !!! read more

I've been coming here on & off for years. I love Rose; she is friendly, welcoming, and has a very comforting personality. I have referred many friends to Oasis Nails because my experience has (usually) been decent. However, today I got the worst manicure of my life. Unfortunately, I am going out of town tomorrow for 2 weeks or else I'd go back and get all of the residue removed. I have washed my hands 10+ times and used 3 different soaps and it still looks like this. I'm not sure if he was just rushing, but I've been doing dip for years and have NEVER had my nails come out like this. I will not be coming back here. When I tried to call the salon and ask them what to do, they just told me that it's normal and to wash my hands and it would come off. Nobody should pay $50+ for a manicure and have to come home and try to dig the glue, or whatever, out of their skin. read more
