It was time for the monthly "professional" pedicure, as I do maintain my hoofs very well. It's nice to be pampered though and who doesn't love those massage chairs! I didn't have an appointment and was able to be taken care of right away as a walk-in. As of this post, they still require masks to be worn, which doesn't bother me one bit. They have eight pedicure chairs and eight manicure stations. It's clean and nicely decorated. I was warmly greeted as I walked in and was directed to a nail tech and chair. I was offered a selection of different pedicures, which started at $25. I don't require anything fancy, so I went with the basic. Nails were trimmed, filed, oiled and smoothed out all while relaxing in a fully functional massage chair. I'd come back here again. read more

FINALLY a nail salon that I can trust that is affordable. I drive 35 minutes just to get my nails done here, they are beyond friendly and skilled. They are very clean and hold a vert high standard. Quiet setting. Just left...only customer in the shop. Other nail artist were doing their own nails or another artist (practicing...makes perfect). I'm not going to bash Jon but my nails look a mess. I've been getting my nails done for over 25 years all over the country and this is just bad. I only go places due to ratings because I value my money, time and presence. Time was taken, money was expected but my presence...embarrassing. My crafty 14 yo daughter has done better. I'm not happy at all. I tipped him because he used his time but I will NOT return due to having to go elsewhere for a full set repair. Had to address numerous times that my nails were thin and that a nail needed to be built on the side then to get that done and he didn't even file it afterwards, just painted right over it. Originally wanted more services, quickly opt out. He kept looking at me to check my facial expressions-confidence level is low. I never review but this is a disappointment. read more

Went there while looking for a place open in Sundays. my first experience was really pleasant as I got Tina... she was very sweet and detailed. I though I had found my nail place! Although gel nails did not last even two weeks for my first and second time, I went yesterday and thought about dipping which they say it is $30.00 NOT! Off course I asked for my girl Tina. It seems that the owner tries to upsale cause when I couldn't find the color I wanted and said never mind I'll do gel, they kept insisting until I settled for a color. I happened that Tina didn't really know how to do dipping and my nails kept showing the powder. After she tried to fixed them twice she went from the sweetest girl to probably arguing with Peter, the owner until she told me nobody turned her on dipping and she had to learn over the internet. Peter was very rude and said if you wanna leave you can ya for her and leave but if you want I'll fix them. Mind you I was there for 3 hours only for a dipping manicure... so I had no choice than waiting... color the powder was sanded with the machine tree times didn't look even close to what it was and while waiting for my nails Peter went to the back and fired Tina who came to the front crying to get her things. I never made a big deal or compliant all I said was my nails kept showing the powder and were not smooth. When it was time to pay he charged me $35 .... saying that because I had gel that needs to be taken off that's $5 more!! THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE! I'll try to post pics of my horrific nails! read more

Very disappointed with this place, had a terrible experience and will not be coming back. The man doing my acrylics was rude and rushed with them, leaving them very sloppy. I can paint my nails better than that. Linda is also very rude and thinks that there is nothing wrong with a fresh gel nail that is peeling off. Seriously, these people don't like to admit when they have done wrong and do not happily fix it for you. Aside from the staff being horrible and mediocre nail jobs, they are not very clean. I saw with my own two eyes one of the ladies taking the pedicure supplies she had JUST used on a client, lightly rinsing them with water, and using them on her next client. Absolutely disgusting. The only staff member I will save is Yuni. She was very sweet and took her time to do a good job. Despite her service, I will not be returning and do not recommend this salon to anyone looking for even a decent nail job. read more

Truthfully, this was originally going to be a great review as my experience at Paradise Nails was amazing. It was my first time, I was in the area and wanted to check it out. The reviews seemed great. The staff was nice and my experience was great. However, that changed the very next morning when I woke up with a rash all over the front of my legs. I know the old wives tail to not shave your legs prior to going, which I made sure not to, but this rash was terrible. It hurt like hell, and only got worse with time. I tried everything over the counter and nothing improved so I went to the walk in clinic. Their first question was if I recently got a pedicure. In conclusion, the lady rubbed my legs so hard with the exploitation scrub that bacteria some how got into my pores and under my skin. It was a fungal rash. Luckily, it's now improving but there are still red marks on my legs. Not fully healed. I'm usually very aware of the cleanliness of places as I'm from NY and used to seeing some crazy things. I should have known, without plastic lining in the tubs and the stagnated water in two of the other used tubs. I partially blame myself for trusting the situation but either way, enter at your own risk here. read more

Called ahead of time to make a appointment was quoted 50 dollars for nails and toes. Once I got there the man doing my toes asked if I wanted to try a soap sitting next to me that it was new.. I said yes. When I was ready to check out out he charged me 75! When I explained that I had called and was upset in the change in price he argued with me and told me I agreed to a deluxe pedi that is 45, which I was never told of the change in cost. After leaving I was more upset and tried to give them one more chance. I explained to them what happened and that I wanted to be a client there! A close friend told me how great they were. Not able to come to a agreement on the situation the women that had scheduled my appointment hung up on me. They are scam artist! Make sure to pay before they work on you. They will try to up sell you with out telling you things they offer might cost more. Very deceiving and let down. I wouldn't recommend and will not be returning. read more

a warning to all of you that may go to this shop or maybe thinking about going to this shop.....stop.... there are to many shops in this area. peter is suppose to be the owner of this shop needs to learn how to do a pedicure very unprofessional ....i have had many many many pedicures and this is by far the worst. i just can not believe he took my 30 dollars for such poor service and i left without getting my nails done after that. never ever again i had my nails done twice and my toes polished the first time that was a disaster second time a old woman gave me a pedicure took her time but she is no longer there friday march 2 2018 that was the first and last for peter doing a pedicure and polished my toes once again second and last time looking messy sloppy work. that.s not all i just called and spoke to his wife and ask for a refund she hung up on me ...every one deserves a second chance and i gave that but right is right and wrong is wrong and peter you are dead ass wrong . so funny that i read the reviews first and the 3 under me where not there. read more
