Because all the stores in my area have closed, I decided to take a drive to take my mom out for Mother's Day. My gosh, this store did not disappoint and is huge, like the other locations I used to visit. The store is full of a variety of home goods for your bedroom, kitchen, living room, and backyard. Prices are really good and not too expensive, which is a plus when everything is increasing. The quality of the goods is also great, and they even have well-known brands like Oxo, which is one of my favorites. The cashier was also extremely nice and friendly. We had a conversation with her, and she was great with my mom. When I am in the area, I will def make another stop or just take the drive to get the newest addition to my house. read more

Finished my appointment at the VA next door thought I'd putter around AT Home since we don't have one near my house. After walking around an hour with 1 rug, I ended up buying a candle warmer. We have had to have our entire home remodeled due to a house fire....so I was using this rug to color match a scheme. The prices were high and employees kept coming to look for me to "ask me if I was finding everything" to.the.extreme. I drove over an hour to get some last minute Christmas ornaments from this store because it said online and on their website that they close at 10 pm. I arrive at 9:11 and see the worker locking the doors behind a customer walking out and when I walked up to go inside all the doors were locked and I saw on their window they changed their closing time because it's a different color than the rest of the sign. I also tried calling the store 4 times just in case because I was driving over an hour to get there and didn't want to waste my time but no one answered. Jenni and Suzette are some of the worst management I have ever experienced. I came in to get a couple orders I had purchased online for in store pick up. One of the items was cancelled I never was notified and have proof of that via email that everything said it was ready for pick up. Annie was such a sweetheart kept apologizing for this and was so accommodating. Her managers Jenni and Suzette were toxic and made us feel like we did something wrong when we hadn't. Then my card wasn't working but when we tried it again it did. Before we did though Suzette smugly said we can put it on hold so you can call your bank but it wasn't my card that was the issue it was their system. What a horrible way to make a customer feel. Jenni and her were both judging my family and making Annie feel horrible. I later saw Annie away from the register and Suzette in her place as if she dismissed her when Annie was the one who made us feel welcome and was so kind and apologetic. One of the items we found in store was a pumpkin and even at 50% off it was $35 we asked since we can't see if it works we don't live close and you don't have batteries can you give a discount? It would be a shame to get home just to find out it doesn't work. I can give 10% she says but I'm not going to give any more than that. Suzette was nasty and her and this Jenni are bullies and toxic management the vibe was palpable. I feel for Annie they had already yelled at her twice for insignificant things that morning alone. Enough is enough don't expect good service from those two but look for Annie that is if they don't fire her before them for their own incompetence. There's a ton of cute items but I went yesterday and probably 95% of the items I looked at weren't priced. I went up to the counter 3 times after looking for the prices. I thought maybe it was just the Halloween items but then I also heard other people complaining about it in other sections. Kind of annoying. This location needs to do a better job pulling online orders before they open the next business day. I placed an order 2 days prior for Christmas ornaments for my mother-in-law, and they allowed other shoppers to purchase the items I already paid for. This is has it all! I found great items for my backyard! Items like furniture, dish-ware, cups, lights and items for the grill. You can spend hours in here. I found a beautiful planter for my plants at a reasonable cost. The appearance of the store is very neat and orderly. The selection of candles is large. While I appreciate the cleanliness and organization of At Home, and the helpfulness of the staff, my recent experience left me a bit frustrated. On a busy weekend visit, there was only one register open, leading to a significant wait time due to a customer with a lengthy transaction. It would greatly improve the customer experience if they had more than one register open during peak hours to help alleviate long wait times. I saw this other review about price gauging and I have seen that prices that are marked a lower price and they have a different higher price over the lower price. Get your prices straight, At Home! Bought a red 6ft Christmas tree online from location. What was delivered was not the tree ordered and was a cheaper tree then what was ordered smh. Had to return it at store but got refund but not the refund for express delivery. No problem. Then bought a tension curtain rod. Opened it up and no spring and items in box already torn open. Sigh. I actually love this place, in the sense that it had a specific item I was on the prowl for. It was kind of a spur of the moment visit when I went but I sure am glad I did, well kind of spur of the moment as someone sent me the item while I was on the back end of a training session at the local muscle maker, I asked where exactly can I grab that item at and they said they think it was at this place so I looked up where and what exactly At Home was and to my pleasant surprise it was only like 10 minutes from where I was at, so as soon as I was done I went and checked out the store and luckily they had the item that I was recommended. The only downside is that it seems to be hit or miss with the pricing on some of the items, as some seem like a pretty good deal and then some might leave you scratching your head a bit. I found what I was looking for so overall I was satisfied. I still need to put my actual lights up but when I went back to grab what remaining lights I needed, in the few days that it took me to find some free time to make it back down there, the ones I needed were already gone, but that's more my fault as I should have just bought extras when I went the first time (rookie mistake, even tho I'm no rookie which makes it even more of a mistake and pretty much just being careless or even some might say stupid) so I won't hold that against them. I do look forward to checking this place out after the holiday season to see what kind of items they have In place where all the Christmas decor currently is, for the simple fact that it pretty much seems to take up like half the store right now(if not more). But if you're in the need or want of Christmas items I would definitely swing inside or just walk or run or wheel, whatever you get the point and take a gander. Thank you for helping me add a little holiday sprinkle and shine to the outside of my house! I do fear someone taking my decor because tbh it is pretty pretty awesome! I will say if I was one of those people I probably would be giving you guys a pretty poor rating, like come on now replace the tag at least don't just cover it up with a easily removable sticker, I mean ideally I'd say don't even raise the prices like that but whatever if you are then at least don't incriminate yourselves. My sister purchased candy along with many other things last night. While I was finishing up my purchase, my niece was excited about her candy and started dancing around. Her smarties busted open and spilled. I asked the cashier if she would be able to exchange it, and she declined. She said that when she handed it to her, it was fine. Warning that this location has prices way higher than the Riverside location. Every item has a new price sticker over the official At Home price, with the new sticker we being $5-$20 higher than the original price. We actually saw the associate scanning every item to put the new higher price tags on them. I was drawn to this place randomly and was excited to see what they had. I love their variety of colors and themes which allows you to get exactly what you want! The prices are kind of random it seems like though, and while there are good deals on things like rugs and fake plants and some furniture, other things like their decorations and paintings (that are the exact same ones at hobby lobby for 1/2 the price) are a bit overpriced.
