    July 27, 2025 | Rancho Cucamonga | After dining w/a friend nearby, in fact, right across the parking lot, I had to check out At Home, as I absolutely love home decor! What a find! Experience | Neat, organized & tidy! What a huge store! This was my first time ever hearing of the store! I enjoyed every moment of it! So much beautiful home decor, framed art, gorgeous area rugs, furniture, positive quotes, gorgeous textures...just so much to see in all categories! I had so much fun looking around that I didn't realize I was there for... Wait for it... Three hours! Hahaha! I still didn't get around to seeing everything! Customer Service | Friendly throughout the store, at the register & incredibly helpful! Price | All price points; something for everyone! Parking | Free! Plentiful and shared with nearby shops and restaurants! Overall | What a fun store! I'll definitely be back! At Home seems to be a wonderful one-stop shop to dressing up your home and making it look amazing!

    Tons of parking, first time here, will definitely be back, huge store, lots of options, great prices, and friendly staff. I think because of where the store is located it was not crowded which was great. Very clean and organized, lots of merchandise.

    This is the place to go for inspiration when you are looking to spruce up, redecorate or add to your current decor. I love walking around here. The staff is always helpful. There is a large selection of rungs, pillows, curtains, furniture- you name it! Moderately price, good quality and they have several clearance items. Take a look. I enjoy walking this big box store. I hope it stays around.

    I drove over an hour to get some last minute Christmas ornaments from this store because it said online and on their website that they close at 10 pm. I arrive at 9:11 and see the worker locking the doors behind a customer walking out and when I walked up to go inside all the doors were locked and I saw on their window they changed their closing time because it's a different color than the rest of the sign. I also tried calling the store 4 times just in case because I was driving over an hour to get there and didn't want to waste my time but no one answered. This is so sad and frustrating and when you try to call they don't even answer it's just an operator. I'm so upset that I wasted my time and gas and this store should be ashamed.

    Jenni and Suzette are some of the worst management I have ever experienced. I came in to get a couple orders I had purchased online for in store pick up. One of the items was cancelled I never was notified and have proof of that via email that everything said it was ready for pick up. Annie was such a sweetheart kept apologizing for this and was so accommodating. Her managers Jenni and Suzette were toxic and made us feel like we did something wrong when we hadn't. Then my card wasn't working but when we tried it again it did. Before we did though Suzette smugly said we can put it on hold so you can call your bank but it wasn't my card that was the issue it was their system. What a horrible way to make a customer feel. Jenni and her were both judging my family and making Annie feel horrible. I later saw Annie away from the register and Suzette in her place as if she dismissed her when Annie was the one who made us feel welcome and was so kind and apologetic. One of the items we found in store was a pumpkin and even at 50% off it was $35 we asked since we can't see if it works we don't live close and you don't have batteries can you give a discount? It would be a shame to get home just to find out it doesn't work. I can give 10% she says but I'm not going to give any more than that. Suzette was nasty and her and this Jenni are bullies and toxic management the vibe was palpable. I feel for Annie they had already yelled at her twice for insignificant things that morning alone. Enough is enough don't expect good service from those two but look for Annie that is if they don't fire her before them for their own incompetence. She is great and Annie if you see this it's not you it's them. Annie should be the manager get rid of the other two or you'll lose customers!

    This is has it all! I found great items for my backyard! Items like furniture, dish-ware, cups, lights and items for the grill. You can spend hours in here. I found a beautiful planter for my plants at a reasonable cost. The appearance of the store is very neat and orderly. The selection of candles is large. I can never have enough candles on hand during the summer. The cashier was friendly and fast. If you are looking to redecorate?? Stop in and take a look around. I don't think you will be disappointed.

    Love the selection of outdoor patio furniture cushions. There was literally every color to choose from. I also had been searching for a mirror for my bathroom wall everywhere and found the perfect one here. It was a better price than anywhere else I checked also.

Over the past several months, we have purchased furniture for three rooms from Pottery Barn and have invested a significant amount of money. Most recently, we purchased a full bedroom set, including an armoire, bureau, two nightstands, and a king-size bed. While the most recent delivery did not go as smoothly as we had hoped, I was informed the night before that one of the nightstands was cracked and would not be delivered. I was told the second nightstand would still arrive. However, when the delivery team arrived, they were only aware of the damaged nightstand not being delivered and had no information regarding the second one and they could not confirm its location. From that point forward, I spent a considerable amount of time going back and forth with both customer service and the store trying to locate the missing nightstand. Each time I called, I was told the situation needed to be "investigated," and representatives had to review extensive notes from prior conversations. Meanwhile, I could see in my online portal that the nightstand order was repeatedly being placed, canceled, and reordered, which only added to the confusion. About two weeks after receiving the rest of the furniture, I was notified that one nightstand was available and ready for delivery. It was delivered, but there was still no clarity on the second one. After additional follow-ups with customer service, again without clear answers, I eventually received another notification that the second nightstand was ready. It was delivered the following week, and at that point, we finally had the complete set. However, the confusion continued when I was contacted yet again to schedule delivery for another nightstand, despite already having received both. I ultimately had to call customer service once more and spent nearly 30 minutes resolving an issue that should have already been closed. While we are very happy with the furniture itself, including the other two rooms we furnished through Pottery Barn, the overall experience was frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming. Additionally, I was told by a representative named Lynn that I would receive some form of reimbursement for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this was never documented, and no compensation was provided. Given the amount of time, effort, and confusion involved in resolving what should have been a straightforward delivery, I am disappointed with how this situation was handled. I hope this feedback is helpful that future customers do not experience similar issues.

Another review mentioned how horribly she treats the staff * The new Brea location just opened and is worth the drive. Everyone there is happy, kind, and actually want to help you.

I was quoted 2 weeks and that id receive a call to be kept in the loop, well a week had passed and I heard nothing so I paid them a visit..I was told I'd get another call (never got the first one)..never for the second one either so then I called and was told that due to the holiday (thanksgiving) it might be slowed down..another week went by and when I called I got different info..long story short there was a lot of miscommunication and lack of communication and I eventually paid them another visit and days later got a call saying my items were ready (mind you the manufacturer warehouse was only an hour away so I don't know why it took so long). Overall my bed was installed and I am completely in love! Best purchase I've made all year! I am in love with my Queen bed! The mattress is amazing and the bed accents my decor perfectly! Despite the lack of communication I will definitely be purchasing from Joel Jones again! you can't be this price and quality!

He provided us with a grand total that, according to him, included tax, the 4‑year extended warranty, and the delivery fee. Both my wife and I agreed to the final amount, believing everything was accurate and transparent. However, once we got home and reviewed the invoice more carefully, we realized we had been charged $400 in setup and delivery fees plus $499 for the extended warranty--an additional $900 on top of what we were told. That was our mistake for trusting the information we were given without double‑checking the breakdown at the time. We were fine with the extended warranty because the salesperson told us that after four years, if we didn't use it, we would receive 100% store credit. However, if he had also told us there was going to be a $400 setup and delivery fee, I would have passed on the purchase entirely. The salesperson was not fully transparent and should have provided a clear, step‑by‑step breakdown of all charges on our bill. Unfortunately, we trusted what we were told at the moment. As seniors, we feel we were taken advantage of, and that's very disappointing.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. First off, they seem very friendly to get your sale, as many…read moresales reps do, but the process turned out to be extremely deceptive. My husband and I were given the option to pay for our couch through Acima. Mind you, it was never clearly explained that there is essentially a hidden rental structure. The Acima manager tells you that you have 90 days to pay off the early purchase price, but there is no clear mention of the rental fees or that if you don't pay it off within those 90 days, the total price can nearly double. That means we could end up paying around $8,000 for a $4,000 couch. Here's where it gets worse. When they checked our credit, we were told we weren't approved for the full amount through their in-house financing, so they suggested splitting the purchase between my husband and me using Acima. Initially, the Acima representative told me to check my email and I received a message saying I was approved for $1,950. However, when billing actually started and I logged into my account, it showed that I had been approved for--and charged for--the full amount of the couch. What actually happened is that Acima approved both my husband and me individually for the full price and opened two separate accounts for the full amount of the couch. Instead of splitting the cost, we are each being charged the full total of approximately $4,559 for ONE couch. We were also asked to provide both of our bank accounts and personal information, which we later realized was unnecessary since each of us had already been approved for the full amount individually. I am being charged $215 twice a month, and my husband is being charged $395 a month. When we signed up, it was explained as if there would simply be two payments per month--one from me and one from him--not two separate full financing accounts. To make matters worse, the day we received the couch the reclining feature began malfunctioning. We immediately put in a request to have someone come out and check it, but no one ever came to repair it. Not to mention they delivered half the couch and the rest of it came a week and a half later. Also, Acima has a desk located inside the store, but if you try to resolve any discrepancies with these practices, you end up being transferred back to the same representative every time, no matter which number you call. Overall, this experience felt very shady and misleading.

    I wanted to update my previous review for Bob's Discount Furniture after completing the delivery…read moreprocess and it was just as impressive as the in-store experience. I received a link via email that provided real-time tracking and an ETA, which made planning much easier. The only caveat is that the ETA is constantly updated, so you do have to keep checking. For example, my original window was 3:30-4:00, but the final delivery time shifted earlier to 2:30-3:00. That said, the delivery team arrived exactly on time within the updated window. They placed the couches exactly where I wanted them, assembled everything including the stools and made the entire process seamless. Everything was quick, efficient, and completely stress-free. I've loved the entire experience from start to finish; highly recommend!
