Megan Tozier helped my Dad and I find a long-term care facility close by my home in Astoria so I could visit more often. He was a complicated resident and many facilities were unable to take him; he needed a lot of care. She listened patiently, was very kind, and incredibly empathetic to our needs. Placing elders is so difficult emotionally, and coordinating it has a lot of considerations; it can be complex. I could never have done it without Megan. It means a lot to have someone in your corner who knows how to make this transition as smooth as possible. Finding a place that would take him would have been a very difficult task for me. Alisha rocked! She was so personable and helped my mom and I feel at ease! She was so easy to communicate with as well. She was a wealth of information and had ideas for placement after the initial meeting! My mom was placed at a beautiful assisted living facility within a week totally because of Alisha's ability to create relationships with the facility and client she is working with!
