Do not come to this place. Go to other local mole removal places that won't be as scummy as this place. I called them before coming in just to see how much was mole removal and they said it was $50 dollars and up. I asked them for how many I could do for a certain price range and they didn't want to specify. Came into their store, all of a sudden they told me there was a charge of $60 dollars for an exam. I was like you didn't tell me that on the phone. She was like well this is how we do it. I was about to leave and said no until she told me she will waive the $60 dollars if I do the Mole Removal Service. The $60 dollars will be basically going into the service. I was like okay, I am pretty sure one mole should be $50 dollars since it is small. Nope. She tried to charge me $650 dollars for 1 small mole that is dark and the other 12 moles that aren't even dark, just tiny. I was like can't afford that and she tried to lower it down to $500. I said no to that too and tried to ask for 3 which she stated was $250 dollars. My local Mole Removal store would charge me $90 bucks for like 5-6. She tried to justify that she has a higher end machine compared to the other local mole removal place. I just decided to do one because I was already there and bascially paid $60 dollars(should go towards my mole and you think that it should only cost 1 small mole for $50 bucks). I was wrong again. She told me it is an additional $20 bucks for that specific mole that I wanted so it was $80 dollars for one mole. Was super defeated and felt stupid at this point, I should have just left before paying that stupid exam fee. Funny thing is, she also tried to charge me an additional $80 dollars for "advanced numbing cream". I just did the mole removal and it was exact same thing they did as other local mole removal. I was so mad at myself for being this stupid to trust this place. Hope you are happy taking $80 bucks by doing such a basic procedure. I should have read the reviews before coming into this place and had better decision making. I did have a local Mole Removal place I go to but unfortunately, no one were available today so I decided to go here. I trusted this place because it looks pretty professional inside, but the way they run things is sketchy and slimey. Plus it was my only day I could do it because I will be pretty busy in the next few weeks. They tried to overcharge me and add additional amount into my service for a basic mole removal service. I've had acne challenges since my teen years and as an adult, there are period of time where my acne would flare up uncontrollably due to work/life stress. It's almost been a year that I've gotten treatments with Kim and Andrew and my skin has made great improvements. Truthfully, I might have an acne breakout around my womanly time of the month but its way less severe as before! I'd recommend going to them to treat severe acne. This is the receipt that I got services from her place and she got a lot of NEGATIVE REVIEWS that she has CHANGED from Kim Van Beauty Institute to Kim Van Aesthetic. First off, she charged $75 for skin test for just in case you change your mind, you can't get your money back because she already charged. Second of all, she charged me $195 so the total was $270 for suck facial last only 45 minutes even I told her I just want to get $75 facial and she told me that $75 facial make you breakout ( so funny).
