Yesterday my wife and I made appointment for 1530 and when we got there I got told the price was $60 apiece so $120 for both Which is fine... But since I also know that they walk on people backs there, she tried to charge me another $5 dollars just to do that which they never had before... so after I already agreed to pay the extra $5 to do that... They wanted us to pay upfront then which is fine also because I'm used to that place (even though they are the only place in history that I have ever been to that they wanted the Money for service services and most importantly the money for the tip upfront) but then when they asked if I would like to leave a tip and I said $15 apiece so that's a total of $30. They were not happy. They both wanted $20... And she kept pushing and pushing and pushing and pushing and pushing and pushing for the $20 and no matter how much I said no $15 apiece they did not like that.... So instead of making $155 sale they forfeited it all because of $10 because I was not gonna give the $165... if I was the owner, I would be furious that that's how the employees are treating customers... Because it's all about the service the tip is just a bonus, but you're not working for specifically the tips you already get a paycheck... Even if someone leaves you no tip if they're paying for the services, it should not matter... just my opinion

I search and this place comes up with good reviews. First up, I called and it sounded like chaos over there, nearly didn't go on that alone. Arrived to find it was worse. It is in what looks like a medical office plaza, so I expected professionalism and accessibility. Nope! They REFUSED to open the main, accessible doorway, instead insisting I climb steps, which I was struggling with, so if you need mobility aids, write this place off immediately! None of the pictures tell the tale, the place is cluttered and dirty. There was an older and younger lady constantly yelling at each other in I am guessing a Chinese dialect. They showed me to a room, it was early evening so light was still coming in through the windows, and thank goodness for that. I sit down and start taking off my shoes and notice the rugs are nasty, then I turn and look at the bed, there is this big brown smear stain about where one's butt would go, hair all over, the sheets are all wrinkled and worn. At this point I had had enough. I get up (they never closed the door by the way) and the younger girl rushes in asking if things are okay. I tell her no, she needs to change the sheets. The other older lady is yelling at her even louder and then she tells me no, the sheets are find and lay down. I say clearly they aren't fine, but she keeps telling me they are clean and have a "laundry stain." Their arguing reaches fever pitch at this point as I say I am leaving and she begs me not to go, eventually saying she will put me in a different room. How would that solve the problem, that the place is chaos, they refuse to accommodate people, and they don't care about cleanliness?
